    СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО РОЗВ’ЯЗАННЯ ПРОБЛЕМИ МОЛОДІЖНОГО БЕЗРОБІТТЯ В УКРАЇНІ

    У роботі проаналізовано стану молоді на ринку праці України сьогодення; виявлено фактори недостатньої ефективності соціальної політики щодо інформування і консультації молоді стосовно становища на ринку праці. Для вирішення низки цих проблем автором запропоновані заходи для зменшення рівня безробіття серед молоді віком від 15 до 24 років. The paper analyzes the state of youth in the labor market of Ukraine today; there were identified the factors of insufficient effectiveness of social policy in informing and consulting young people about the situation on the labor market. To solve a number of these problems, the author proposed the measures to reduce unemployment among young people aged 15 to 24.
