    На сучасному етапі розвитку людства актуальною залишається проблема збереження та використання оригінальної графіки на тлі масового розповсюдження комп'ютерних технологій, що поступово витісняють класичні техніки у мистецтві. Більшість старовинних технік друкованої графіки (таких як ксилографія, різцева гравюра по міді, офорт) поступаються місцем растровій та векторній графіці. ЗОмоделюванню, тощо. У свою чергу, збереження надбання видатних художників-графіків минулого є надзвичайно важливим як з точки зору подальшого розвитку графіки як виду образотворчого мистецтва. At the present stage of human development, the problem of preserving and using original graphics remains relevant against the background of the massive spread of computer technology, which is gradually displacing classical techniques in art. Most of the ancient techniques of printed graphics (such as woodcut, chisel engraving, etching) give way to raster and vector graphics, 3D modeling, and so on. In turn, preserving the heritage of outstanding graphic artists of the past is extremely important both in terms of further development of graphics as a form of fine art.
