    КРИЗОВЕ ВТРУЧАННЯ ЯК НАПРЯМ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ З ЦИВІЛЬНИМИ ОСОБАМИ, ПОСТРАЖДАЛИМИ ВНАСЛІДОК ВОЄННИХ ДІЙ

    У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти застосування технологій кризового втручання в сучасних умовах України. Робота узагальнює практичні підходи до соціальної підтримки населення в умовах тривалого воєнного конфлікту на прикладі конкретного регіону, що може бути використано для вдосконалення протоколів кризової допомоги в Україні. Розкрито сутність та зміст кризового втручання як специфічної технології соціальної роботи, визначено її місце в системі надання допомоги особистості в екстремальних ситуаціях. Проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу, що регламентує надання соціальних послуг у період воєнного стану. Досліджено практичний досвід м. Херсона, що дозволило виявити особливості організації соціальної роботи в умовах безпосередньої близькості до зони бойових дій. Виокремлено роль мобільних бригад та волонтерських ініціатив у забезпеченні життєстійкості громади. / The qualification work explores the theoretical and practical aspects of the application of crisis intervention technologies in modern conditions of Ukraine. The work summarizes practical approaches to social support of the population in conditions of a protracted military conflict using the example of a specific region, which can be used to improve crisis assistance protocols in Ukraine. The essence and content of crisis intervention as a specific technology of social work is revealed, its place in the system of providing assistance to individuals in extreme situations is determined. The legal framework regulating the provision of social services during martial law has been analyzed. The practical experience of the city of Kherson has been studied, which has allowed us to identify the peculiarities of organizing social work in the immediate vicinity of the combat zone. The role of mobile brigades and volunteer initiatives in ensuring the viability of the community has been highlighted.
