    В роботі досліджено процеси удосконалення системи мотивації персоналу на підприємствах агропромислової галузі в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Встановлені соціальні показники мотивації персоналу. Виявлені особливості діючих нормативно-правових актів, що регламентують процеси управління персоналом в умовах воєнного стану, здійснена організаційно-економічна характеристика ТОВ «Ратуш-Агро», визначені основні напрями підвищення системи мотивації і управління персоналом в умовах військового стану, розглянуті можливі до впровадження інновації в процес мотивації та управління персоналом. The work examines the processes of improving the personnel motivation system at enterprises of the agro-industrial sector in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. Social indicators of staff motivation have been established. The peculiarities of the current legal acts regulating the processes of personnel management under martial law were identified, the organizational and economic characteristics of LLC "Ratush-Agro" were carried out, the main areas of improvement of the motivation system and personnel management under martial law were determined, possible innovations were considered before implementation in the process of motivation and personnel management.
