С.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженні механізму здійснення державних молодіжних програм в забезпечення житлом молоді України. В роботі розкрито теоретично-правові основи правового механізму формування і реалізації державних програми в сфері забезпечення житлом молоді; охарактеризовано стан дослідження державних програм в сфері забезпечення житлом молоді України; проаналізовано категоріально-понятійний апарат дослідження забезпечення житлом молоді; визначено зміст державної молодіжної житлової політики України; систематизовано нормативно-правове забезпечення формування та реалізації державних програм в сфері забезпечення житлом молоді; розкрито особливості та умови впровадження державних програм в сфері забезпечення житлом молоді. Qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the mechanism of implementation of state youth programs in providing housing for young people in Ukraine. The paper reveals the theoretical and legal basis of the legal mechanism for the formation and implementation of state programs in the field of youth housing; the state of research of state programs in the field of housing for young people of Ukraine is characterized; the categorical-conceptual apparatus of the study of youth housing provision is analyzed; the content of the state youth housing policy of Ukraine is determined; systematized regulatory and legal support for the formation and implementation of state programs in the field of youth housing; revealed the features and conditions of implementation of state programs in the field of youth housing.
