    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці та впровадженню методики підвищення функціональної підготовки боксерів. У роботі розглянуто основні аспекти функціональної підготовки, що включають розвиток аеробної та анаеробної витривалості, сили, швидкості, координації та реакції. Метою дослідження є оптимізація тренувального процесу для підвищення загальної фізичної працездатності боксерів, зниження ризику перевтоми та травматизму, а також покращення їхньої змагальної готовності. Отримані дані підтверджують ефективність запропонованої методики та її практичну значущість для застосування у тренувальному процесі. Дипломна робота може бути корисною для тренерів, боксерів, фахівців з фізичної підготовки, а також для дослідників, які вивчають проблеми спортивної науки. The qualification work is devoted to the development and implementation of methods for improving the functional training of boxers. The paper deals with the main aspects of functional training, including the development of aerobic and anaerobic endurance, strength, speed, coordination and reaction. The aim of the study is to optimise the training process to increase the overall physical performance of boxers, reduce the risk of overwork and injury, and improve their competitive readiness. The data obtained confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methodology and its practical significance for use in the training process. The thesis can be useful for coaches, boxers, physical training specialists, as well as for researchers studying the problems of sports science.
