    Судовий захист трудових прав та інтересів: сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку

    У статті проаналізовано положення чинного законодавства у сфері захисту трудових прав, механізм звернення до суду, а також особливості судового розгляду справ, що виникають з трудових спорів. Охарактеризовано основні проблеми в процесі реалізації права людини на судовий захист трудових прав. The article is devoted theoretical and practical analysis of the concept of "judicial protection of labor rights" and its characteristics. The provisions of the current legislation in the field of protection of labor rights, the mechanism of recourse to the court, as well as the features of judicial review of cases arising from labor disputes are analyzed. The main problems in the process of realization of the human right to judicial protection of labor rights are described.
