    СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ЧИННИКИ ЗМІНИ ЦІННІСНО-МОТИВАЦІЙНОЇ СФЕРИ ОСОБИСТОСТІ ПІД ЧАС МІГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ

    Метою роботи було теоретично обґрунтувати та емпірично виявити основні соціально-психологічні чинники зміни ціннісно-мотиваційної сфери особистості під час міграційних процесів. Провести теоретичний аналіз сфери особистості, як категоріальні поняття у працях сучасних українських дослідників. Розглянути проблеми особистісної та соціальної ідентифікації мігрантів. Провести аналіз динаміки та обсягів міграційних потоків. Згідно з результатами дослідження виявлено, що найважливішими термінальними цінностями для мігрантів стали: здоров’я, духовна та фізична близькість з коханою людиною, впевненість у собі та активне життя. Найменш важливими цінностями є: суспільне покликання, щастя інших, життєва мудрість, творчість, а також переживання прекрасного в природі і мистецтві. The purpose of the work was to theoretically substantiate and empirically identify the main socio-psychological factors of changes in the value-motivational sphere of the individual during migration processes. Conduct a theoretical analysis of the sphere of personality as a categorical concept in the works of modern Ukrainian researchers. Consider the problems of personal and social identification of migrants. Analyze the dynamics and volume of migration flows. According to the results of the study, it was found that the most important terminal values for migrants were: health, spiritual and physical closeness with a loved one, self-confidence and an active life. The least important values are: social vocation, happiness of others, life wisdom, creativity, as well as experiencing beauty in nature and art.
