    Розробили програму фізичної терапії після артроскопії медіального меніска колінного суглобу для баскетболіста з урахуванням індивідуальних особливостей спортсмена. Проведення індивідуально підібраної програми фізичної терапії із застосуванням різних комплексів ЛФК, постізометричної релаксації та дихальних вправ у пацієнта після артроскопії меніска колінного суглоба покращило стан здоров’я спортсмена, відновило специфічні рухові якості і навички, які були раніше сформовані у спортсмена-баскетболіста. Developed a program of physical therapy after arthroscopy of the medial meniscus of the knee joint for a basketball player, taking into account the individual characteristics of the athlete. Carrying out an individually selected program of physical therapy with the use of the patient various complexes of exercise therapy, postisometric relaxation and breathing exercises after arthroscopy of the meniscus of the knee improved the athlete's health, restored specific motor skills and abilities previously formed in the basketball athlete.
