    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню правового механізму розірвання шлюбу з іноземним елементом. В ході дослідження було виявлено загальноправові основи регулювання сімейних правовідносин з іноземним елементом, визначено передумови, підстави та наслідки розірвання шлюбу з іноземним елементом. Було виокремлено проблеми, які виникають під час розірвання шлюбу та розроблено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення правового механізму розірвання шлюбу з іноземним елементом. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the legal mechanism of divorce with a foreign element. In the course of the research the general legal bases of regulation of family legal relations with a foreign element were revealed, the preconditions, grounds and consequences of divorce with a foreign element were determined. The problems that arise during divorce were identified and proposals were developed to improve the legal mechanism for divorce with a foreign element.
