    ВПЛИВ ЗАНЯТЬ ПЛАВАННЯМ НА ФІЗИЧНИЙ СТАН УЧНІВ СЕРЕДНЬОГО ВІКУ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню впливу плавання на організм дитини. В роботі проаналізовані позитивні зміни в організмі дитини, яка має вади здоров'я; досліджені методичні особливості занять плаванням з учнями середнього шкільного віку; охарактеризовані основні групи методів, форми та засоби, які доречно використовувати під час тренувального заняття. В дослідженні поданий аналіз позитивного впливу плавання на серцево-судинну, дихальну, кістково-м'язову та інші системи організму дитини. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the impact of swimming on the child's body. The paper analyzes the positive changes in the body of a child with health problems; researched methodical features of swimming lessons with middle school students; the main groups of methods, forms, and tools that are appropriate to use during training are described. The study presents an analysis of the positive effects of swimming on the cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal systems of the child.
