Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі вивчення формування мотивації та інтересу учнів до занять фізичними вправами на уроках фізичної культури. Вивчення різноманітних чинників, котрі впливають на формування мотивації та прояву пізнавальних інтересів школярів до занять фізичною культурою і спортом, й причин, що перешкоджають реалізації бажання систематично займатися фізичними вправами, дозволять визначити та їх структуру та реалізовувати її на практиці. Застосування цікавих розповідей, демонстрацій відеофільмів оздоровчої спрямованості уроків фізичної культури, лекторії, проведення тематичних годин, уроків-тренінгів позитивно впливає на формування високої мотивації займатися фізичними вправами. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of studying the formation of students' motivation and interest in physical exercises in physical education classes. The study of various factors that influence the formation of motivation and the manifestation of cognitive interests of schoolchildren in physical culture and sports, and the reasons that prevent the realization of the desire to systematically engage in physical exercises, will allow to determine their structure and implement it in practice. The use of interesting stories, demonstrations of health-oriented video films of physical education lessons, lectures, holding thematic hours, training lessons has a positive effect on the formation of high motivation to do physical exercises.
