Управління ризиками стає невід'ємною частиною стратегічного і оперативного управління підприємств аграрної сфери, що успішно розвиваються. Від поняття «вимірювання ризику», що враховує розробку моделі оцінки величини того або іншого ризику, підприємства прагнуть перейти до «управління ризиками» – розробки методик впливу на ризик залежно від його величини. У зв'язку з цим особливо гостро постає проблема розробки концепції управління ризиками для підприємств, яка включала б уже існуючі напрацювання для фінансових інститутів і враховувала особливості сільського господарства, яке є одним із найбільш ризикованих видів підприємницької діяльності. Актуальність наукової роботи визначається потребою в систематизації знань про проектно-господарські ризики і управління ними з метою забезпечення найбільш ефективної діяльності підприємства і розширення його економічного потенціалу. Risk management is becoming an integral part of the strategic and operational management of successfully developing agricultural enterprises. From the concept of "risk measurement", which takes into account the development of a model for estimating the magnitude of a risk, companies seek to move to "risk management" - the development of methods of influencing risk depending on its magnitude. In this regard, the problem of developing a concept of risk management for enterprises, which would include existing developments for financial institutions and take into account the specifics of agriculture, which is one of the most risky types of business, is particularly acute. The relevance of scientific work is determined by the need to systematize knowledge about design and economic risks and their management in order to ensure the most effective activities of the enterprise and expand its economic potential.
