    КОМПАРИТИВНЕ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ЕМОЦІЙНОЇ САМОРЕГУЛЯЦІЇ ОСІБ ЖІНОЧОЇ СТАТІ ЮНАЦЬКОГО І СЕРЕДНЬОГО ВІКУ

    У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано теоретичні основи феноменів «емоційна саморегуляція» та «емоційний інтелект» у контексті вікової психології; розглянуто соціально-психологічні особливості жінок юнацького та середнього віку, що визначають динаміку їхніх регуляційних механізмів; емпірично досліджено та доведено наявність статистично значущих відмінностей у профілях емоційної саморегуляції, копінг-стратегій та показниках емоційного інтелекту між віковими групами; розроблено тематичний план програми психологічної корекції, спрямованої на посилення адаптивних стратегій емоційної саморегуляції та профілактику дезадаптивних копінгів у жінок. The qualification thesis analyzes the theoretical foundations of the phenomena of "emotional self-regulation" and "emotional intelligence" within the context of developmental psychology; examines the socio-psychological characteristics of women in emerging adulthood and middle age that determine the dynamics of their regulatory mechanisms; empirically investigates and proves the existence of statistically significant differences in the profiles of emotional self-regulation, coping strategies, and emotional intelligence indicators between the age groups; a thematic plan for a psychological correction program is developed, aimed at strengthening adaptive emotional self-regulation strategies and preventing maladaptive coping in women.
