The article deals with the relevance of the topic of the implementation of the process of social rehabilitation of former military personnel in modern society; the main stages of the program and strategies for the social recovery of military personnel and their family members, as well as the challenges they face, are considered.

    У роботі охарактеризовано сутність соціального відновлення як технології соціальної роботи з військовослужбовцями та їх родинами; проаналізовано світовий досвід соціального відновлення військовослужбовців та можливості його впровадження у вітчизняну систему реабілітації ветеранів; розроблено проєкт Авторської програми соціального відновлення військовослужбовців (в межах діяльності Центру соціальної реабілітації ветеранів); подано пропозиції щодо удосконалення соціальної реабілітації військових та їхніх родин. The work describes the essence of social recovery as a technology of social work with servicemen and their families; the world experience of social rehabilitation of military personnel and the possibilities of its introduction into the domestic system of rehabilitation of veterans are analyzed; the project of the Author's program of social rehabilitation of military personnel was developed (within the activities of the Center for Social Rehabilitation of Veterans); proposals for improving the social rehabilitation of military personnel and their families have been submitted

    СОЦІАЛЬНА АДАПТАЦІЯ ВЕТЕРАНОК І ВЕТЕРАНІВ ВІЙНИ ДО ЦИВІЛЬНОГО ЖИТТЯ

    У кваліфікаційній роботі обґрунтовано теоретичні аспекти процесу соціальної адаптації ветеранів війни до цивільного життя; розглянуто державні стратегії реінтеграції від військової служби до звичайного мирного життя; розкрито особливості та сучасні підходи до соціальної адаптації як основної технології соціальної роботи з колишніми військовослужбовцями; проаналізовано досвід впровадження цільових програм із соціальної та професійної адаптації ветеранів війни до мирного життя. The qualification work substantiates the theoretical aspects of the process of social adaptation of war veterans to civilian life; state strategies for reintegration from military service to ordinary peaceful life are considered; features and modern approaches to social adaptation as the main technology of social work with ex-servicemen are disclosed; the experience of implementing targeted programs for social and professional adaptation of war veterans to peaceful life is analyzed.
