    ДИФЕРЕНЦІЙНИЙ ПІДХІД В ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ НАВЧАЛЬНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ МОЛОДШИХ ШКОЛЯРІВ

    У кваліфікаційній роботі теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено педагогічні умови ефективної організації диференційованого навчання в початковій школі. Уточнено сутність поняття «диференціація навчання» та визначено критерії сформованості пізнавальних інтересів учнів (мотиваційний, когнітивний, діяльнісний). Розроблено та впроваджено комплекс диференційованих завдань з математики, української мови та читання. Доведено, що розподіл учнів на групи за інтегрованим показником (навченість і працездатність) та створення сприятливого психологічного середовища забезпечують підвищення рівня пізнавальної активності та якості знань молодших школярів. The qualification paper theoretically substantiates and experimentally verifies the pedagogical conditions for the effective organization of differentiated learning in primary school. The essence of the concept of "differentiation of learning" is clarified, and the criteria for the formation of students' cognitive interests (motivational, cognitive, activity-based) are defined. A set of differentiated tasks in Mathematics, Ukrainian language, and Reading has been developed and implemented. It is proved that grouping students based on an integrated indicator (learning ability and working capacity) and creating a favorable psychological environment ensure an increase in the level of cognitive activity and the quality of knowledge of junior schoolchildren.
