ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ВПЛИВУ ІНКЛЮЗИВНИХ НАВЧАЛЬНО-ТРЕНУВАЛЬНИХ ЗАНЯТЬ НА ФІЗИЧНУ ПІДГОТОВКУ БОРЦІВ ВІЛЬНОГО СТИЛЮ З ВАДАМИ СЛУХУ

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню інклюзивних навчально-тренувальних занять на фізичну підготовку борців вільного стилю з вадами слуху. В ході дослідження на основі вивчених матеріалів літературних джерел, власне практичного досвіду роботи зі спортсменами з вадами слуху, була розроблена методика, яка використовувалася саме в організованих нами інклюзивних навчально-тренувальних заняттях для борців вільного стилю з вадами слуху. Так, борці експериментальної групи пів року тренувалися із спортсменами без порушень в розвитку, використовуючи засоби, методи і принципи спортивного тренування. Так, в результаті проведеного дослідження по всіх складових фізичної підготовленості на основі методів математичної статистики зафіксовано покращення показників в переважній більшості математично достовірні. Також, нами проаналізовані складові змагальних сутичок спортсменів дослідницьких груп, що показало змагальну ефективність і перевагу саме борців експериментальної групи. Отримані нами позитивні результати дають нам можливість прогнозувати ефективність використання саме інклюзивних навчально-тренувальних занять в системі підготовки борців вільного стилю з вадами слуху. The qualification work is dedicated to the study of inclusive educational and training classes for the physical training of freestyle wrestlers with hearing impairments. In the course of the research, based on the studied materials of literary sources, actually practical experience of working with athletes with hearing impairments, a technique was developed, which was used precisely in the inclusive educational and training sessions organized by us for freestyle wrestlers with hearing impairments. Thus, the wrestlers of the experimental group trained for half a year with athletes without developmental disorders, using means, methods and principles of sports training. Thus, as a result of the research conducted on all components of physical fitness based on the methods of mathematical statistics, the improvement of indicators in the majority of cases is mathematically reliable. Also, we analyzed the components of the competitive fights of the athletes of the research groups, which showed the competitive efficiency and superiority of the wrestlers of the experimental group. The positive results we obtained give us the opportunity to predict the effectiveness of the use of inclusive educational and training classes in the system of sub-training of freestyle wrestlers with hearing impairments.

В статті розглядаються особливості психофізичного розвитку спортсменів з вадами слуху, які потрібно враховувати при організації навчально-тренувального процесу. Розглядаються підходи і проблематика в організації якісного і ефективного тренувального процесу борців з вадами слуху. Визначена перспективність подальших досліджень. The article examines the peculiarities of the psycho-physical development of athletes with hearing impairments, which must be taken into account when organizing the educational and training process. Approaches and problems in the organization of a high-quality and effective training process for fighters with hearing impairments are considered. The prospects of further research are determined.
