    ОПТИМІЗАЦІЯ СИСТЕМИ ТАКТИКО-ТЕХНІЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ СПОРТСМЕНІВ У ГРЕКО-РИМСЬКІЙ БОРОТЬБІ НА ЕТАПІ СПОРТИВНОГО ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ З УРАХУВАННЯ АДАПТАЦІЙНИХ РЕЗЕРВІВ ЇХНЬОГО ОРГАНІЗМУ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі вивчення оптимізації системи тактико-технічної підготовки спортсменів у греко-римській боротьбі на етапі спортивного вдосконалення з урахування адаптаційних резервів їхнього організму. Широкий спектр параметрів змагальної практики, що оцінюються, в контексті успішності реалізації коронних прийомів дозволяє аргументовано через співвідношення кількості перемог і кількості сутичок представити відносні показники прогресуючого розвитку змагальної успішності. Оцінюваний параметр кількості виграних балів рахунок реалізації коронних прийомів має достовірні прирости переважають у всіх трьох експериментальних групах борців. Важливо, що позитивна динаміка проглядається у результативних кількісних характеристиках діяльності, а й у процесуальних, відбивають якість відтворення обраних технічних дій. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of studying the optimization of the system of tactical and technical training of athletes in Greco-Roman wrestling at the stage of sports improvement, taking into account the adaptive reserves of their bodies. A wide range of competitive practice parameters that are evaluated in the context of the success of the implementation of crown techniques allows to present relative indicators of the progressive development of competitive success through the ratio of the number of victories and the number of fights. The estimated parameter of the number of points won due to the implementation of crown techniques has reliable gains prevailing in all three experimental groups of wrestlers. It is important that the positive dynamics can be seen in the effective quantitative characteristics of the activity, as well as in the procedural ones, which reflect the quality of reproduction of the selected technical actions.

    В статті представлено шляхи вирішення проблеми оптимізації тактико-технічної підготовки спортсменів враховуючи особливості адаптаційних змін в їх організмі в процесі тренувальної діяльності. The article presents ways to solve the problem of optimizing the tactical and technical training of athletes, taking into account the peculiarities of adaptive changes in their bodies during training.
