    СПЕЦИФІКА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ЦІННІСНИХ ОРІЄНТАЦІЙ ВНУТРІШНЬО-ПЕРЕМІЩЕНИХ ОСІБ

    У статті проаналізовано специфіку трансформації ціннісних орієнтацій внутрішньо-переміщених осіб (ВПО) в Україні в умовах повномасштабного збройного конфлікту після 2022 року. Досліджено динаміку змін від індивідуалістичних (самостійність, досягнення) до колективістських і захисних (безпека, доброта) цінностей як адаптивного механізму психосоціальної стійкості. Проаналізовано вплив соціальних факторів, таких як втрата домівки та ізоляція, на основі теорії Ш. Шварца та емпіричних даних з вибірки ВПО з південних і східних регіонів. Виявлено гендерні, вікові та регіональні відмінності в цих трансформаціях, що підтверджує гетерогенність адаптаційних процесів. Запропоновано рекомендації для психосоціальних програм, спрямованих на інтеграцію та зниження стресу. The article analyzes the specifics of the transformation of value orientations of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale armed conflict after 2022. The dynamics of changes from individualistic (independence, achievements) to collectivist and protective (security, kindness) values as an adaptive mechanism of psychosocial stability have been studied. The influence of social factors, such as loss of home and isolation, was analyzed based on the theory of Sh. Schwartz and empirical data from a sample of IDPs from the southern and eastern regions. Gender, age and regional differences in these transformations are revealed, which confirms the heterogeneity of adaptation processes. Recommendations for psychosocial programs aimed at integration and stress reduction are offered.
