    У даній статті аналізується питання втоми від співчуття у волонтерів проявляється як психоемоційне виснаження, що супроводжується почуттям безсилля, байдужості до чужого болю та навіть цинізму. Вона призводить до зниження якості наданої допомоги та підвищує ризик розвитку психосоматичних розладів. Проблема ускладнюється тим, що багато волонтерів не визнають або не усвідомлюють небезпеки цього явища, що спричиняє відсутність своєчасної підтримки та корекції. This article analyzes the issue of compassion fatigue in volunteers, manifested as psycho-emotional exhaustion, accompanied by a feeling of powerlessness, indifference to other people's pain, and even cynicism. It leads to a decrease in the quality of care provided and increases the risk of developing psychosomatic disorders. The problem is compounded by the fact that many volunteers do not recognize or are not aware of the dangers of this phenomenon, which causes a lack of timely support and correction.
