    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню особливостей фінансової політики органів місцевого самоврядування в умовах децентралізації. У роботі розкрита економічна сутність поняття «фінансова політика», з’ясовані принципи та механізм реалізації фінансової політики місцевого самоврядування, виявлено мету та структуру фінансової децентралізації, узагальнено аналіз стану місцевого бюджету, обґрунтовано оцінка джерел формування доходів місцевого бюджету, сформовано аналіз виконання доходної частини місцевого бюджету, охарактеризовані шляхи та напрями покращення фінансової політики органів місцевого самоврядування. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the financial policy of local governments in the context of decentralization. The paper reveals the economic essence of the concept of "financial policy", clarifies the principles and mechanism of financial policy of local government, identifies the purpose and structure of financial decentralization, summarizes the analysis of the local budget, substantiates the assessment of local budget sources, formed an analysis of local revenue. budget, described ways and directions of improving the financial policy of local governments.
