    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню проблеми формування здорового способу життя студентів під час дистанційного навчання. В роботі здійснено аналіз літературних джерел, організовано та підібрано різні методи експериментально- дослідної роботи, розроблено та впроваджено в освітній процес вищих закладів освіти методику формування здорового способу життя старшокласників-першокурсників у процесі викладання освітньої компоненти «Фізичне виховання», експериментально перевірено її ефективність. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the problem of forming a healthy lifestyle of students during distance learning. The work analyzed literary sources, organized and selected various methods of experimental research work, developed and introduced into the educational process of higher education institutions a method of forming a healthy lifestyle of first-year high school students in the process of teaching the educational component "Physical education", and tested its effectiveness experimentally.
