    Електронна петиція як механізм комунікації держави та суспільства: конституційно-правові аспекти

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню практичних аспектів реалізації електронної петиції як механізму комунікації держави та суспільства на державному та місцевому рівнях, а також виявленню проблемних питань та формулюванню перспективних напрямів розвитку цього інституту, враховуючи зарубіжний досвід. В ході роботи було надано загальну характеристику електронної петиції як конституційно-правового явища; встановлено конституційно-правові аспекти забезпечення права на електронну петицію в Україні; виявлено перспективи комунікації держави та суспільства за допомогою електронних петицій. The qualifying work is devoted to the study of practical aspects of implementation electronic petition as a mechanism of communication between the state and society at the state and local levels, as well as the identification of problematic issues and the formulation of promising areas of development of this institution, taking into account foreign experience. In the course of work the general characteristic of the electronic petition as the constitutional and legal phenomenon is given; the constitutional and legal aspects of ensuring the right to an electronic petition in Ukraine have been established; the prospects of communication between the state and society by means of electronic petitions are revealed.
