    ПСИХОКОРЕКЦІЯ ТРИВОЖНОСТІ ОСОБИСТОСТІ ЗАСОБАМИ ПСИХОТЕХНІК

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню психологічної корекції тривожності особистості. На основі емпіричного дослідження, проведеного на вибірці молодого, середнього та старшого віку, проаналізовано прояви та рівень тривожності особистості. Розроблено та апробовано психокорекційну програму, яка включає елементи когнітивно-поведінкової, тілесно-орієнтованої та арт-терапії. Результати підтверджують ефективність програми та підкреслюють важливість психологічних заходів для покращення психоемоційного благополуччя. Qualification thesis is devoted to the study of psychological correction of personality anxiety. On the basis of an empirical study conducted on a sample of young, middle and older age, the manifestations and level of anxiety of the individual were analyzed. A psychocorrective program has been developed and tested, which includes elements of cognitive-behavioral, body-oriented and art therapy. The results confirm the effectiveness of the program and highlight the importance of psychological measures to improve psycho-emotional well-being.
