Третій, заключний розділ, представляє стратегічні напрямки розвитку людського потенціалу Причорноморського суспільно-географічного району. The scientific work reveals the development of human potential of the Black Sea socio-geographical region. The first section deals with the essence of the concept of "human potential", features and methods of studying human potential. The second section presents a component and integrated assessment of human development. The third, final section presents the strategic directions of human potential development of the Black Sea socio-geographical region.
