    ЗАРУБІЖНИЙ ДОСВІД ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ПРОГРАМНО-ІМІТАЦІЙНИХ КОМПЛЕКСІВ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО СПРЯМУВАННЯ В ОСВІТІ

    У статті розглянуто зарубіжний досвід використання бізнес-симуляцій в рамках курсів MBA-програм, у вищих навчальних закладах, в цілях проведення наукових досліджень та в якості платформи проведення змагань та олімпіад. Розвиток інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, що обумовлює зниження витрат на придбання, розробку та підтримку програмно-імітаційних комплексів економічного спрямування, дає змогу очікувати поширення використання таких комплексів та їх експансію в нові галузі застосування. Динамізм галузі розробки та використання бізнес-симуляцій робить можливим лише аналіз тенденцій розвитку програмно-імітаційних комплексів економічного спрямування, розробку гіпотез щодо перспективних галузей застосування таких програмно-імітаційних комплексів та спостереження процесів розвитку і адаптації продуктів та сервісів провідних гравців даного ринку. Наведено конкретні приклади використання програмно-імітаційних комплексів у вищих навчальних закладах зарубіжжя. Здійснено систематизацію розглянутих програмно-імітаційних комплексів. З’ясовано, що програмно-імітаційні комплекси економічного спрямування (бізнес-симуляції) дають змогу доповнити традиційні методи викладання та забезпечити формування економічних компетентностей спеціалістів різних галузей. Зарубіжний досвід використання програмно-імітаційних комплексів економічного спрямування може служити основою для формування підходів до впровадження даного засобу навчання та наукових досліджень у навчальних та наукових закладах України. The article describes the research of foreign business simulation usage experience within courses of MBA programs, higher education institutions, as a part of scientific researches and also as a platform for competitions and championships. Development of the information and communication technologies that causes decrease of business simulation purchasing, development and support expenses, gives a chance to expect business simulations usage spreading and expanding to the other potential usage domains. Business simulation development and usage area dynamics enables to conduct tendencies analysis of the market and work out the hypothesis regarding potential new business simulations usage areas. Additionally, business simulation market leaders’ products and services development and adjustments observation is proved to be possible and necessary. Exact business simulations usage examples at the foreign higher education institutions and business schools are described. Systematization of the studied and described business simulations has been performed. Besides, business simulations are proved to be effective for complementing traditional teaching methods and supporting the different domain specialists’ economic competencies development. Foreign experience of the business simulation usage may help to build the basement for the implementation of this learning and scientific research tool at the educational and scientific institution in Ukraine.

    ЦИФРОВІ ОСВІТНІ РЕСУРСИ В ЕКОНОМІКО-УПРАВЛІНСЬКІЙ ПІДГОТОВЦІ ІТ ФАХІВЦІВ: БІБЛІОМЕТРИЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ

    Мета дослідження – здійснити бібліометричний аналіз наукових публікацій щодо використання цифрових освітніх ресурсів в економіко-управлінській підготовці ІТ-фахівців для виявлення основних тенденцій, закономірностей і перспективних напрямів досліджень у цій галузі. Методи дослідження. Пошук публікацій здійснювався в наукометричній базі даних Scopus за клю- човими словами, що стосуються цифрових освітніх ресурсів та економіко-управлінських компетент- ностей. Для аналізу даних використано бібліометричний і системний аналіз, кластерний аналіз, візуа- лізацію даних і порівняльний аналіз. Обробка й візуалізація бібліометричних даних здійснювалася за допомогою програмного забезпечення VOSviewer. Результати. Проаналізовано 78 публікацій за період 2011–2025 рр. Виявлено інтерес, що зростає, до тематики з піком у 2021 році (20 публікацій). Установлено відсутність стійких дослідницьких груп і наукових шкіл, що підтверджується максимальною кількістю 2 публікації на одного автора. Визначе- но лідерів за кількістю публікацій (Польща, Італія, США, Чеська Республіка, Україна – по 5 публікацій) і за цитуванням (Польща – 130, Великобританія – 119, Франція – 93 цитування). Виявлено міждис- циплінарний характер досліджень, де найбільшу частку становлять публікації в галузі комп’ютерних наук (19,6%), бізнесу та менеджменту (18,9%), соціальних наук (15,5%). Визначено чотири основні кластери досліджень: освітньо-орієнтований, управлінсько-інформаційний, технологічно-цифровий і симуляційно-ігровий. Висновки. Дослідження цифрових освітніх ресурсів в економіко-управлінській підготовці ІТ-фа хівців знаходиться на етапі становлення, що підтверджується відсутністю усталених дослідницьких груп і широкою географічною розпорошеністю публікацій. Спостерігається еволюція від традиційних освітніх підходів до технологічно-орієнтованих методів навчання з акцентом на використанні симуля цій та ігрових технологій. The purpose of the study was to conduct a bibliometric analysis of scientific publications on the use of digital educational resources in the economic and managerial training of IT specialists to identify the main trends, patterns and promising areas of research in this area. Research methods. The search for publications was carried out in the Scopus scientometric database using keywords related to digital educational resources and economic and managerial competencies. Bibliometric and system analysis, cluster analysis, data visualisation and comparative analysis were used to analyse the data. The bibliometric data were processed and visualised using the VOSviewer software. Results. We analysed 78 publications for the period 2011–2025. We found a growing interest in the topic with a peak in 2021 (20 publications). The absence of stable research groups and scientific schools has been established, which is confirmed by the maximum number of 2 publications per author. Leaders in terms of the number of publications (Poland, Italy, USA, Czech Republic, Ukraine – 5 publications each) and citations (Poland – 130, UK – 119, France – 93 citations) were identified. The interdisciplinary nature of the research is revealed, with the largest share of publications in the field of computer science (19.6%), business and management (18.9%), and social sciences (15.5%). Four main clusters of research have been identified: educationally oriented, management and information, technological and digital, and simulation and gaming. Conclusions. The study of digital educational resources in the economic and managerial training of IT specialists is at the stage of formation, which is confirmed by the lack of established research groups and wide geographical dispersion of publications. There is an evolution from traditional educational approaches to technology-oriented teaching methods with an emphasis on the use of simulations and gaming technologies.
