    В статті проведено дослідження особливостей функціонування логістичної системи підприємства, проана- лізовано сутність поняття ефективності логістичних систем підприємства. Систематизовано основні методи підвищення ефективності логістичної діяльності підприємства залежно від різних галузей логістики. З метою виявлення напрямів удосконалення логістичної системи підприємства проведено SWOT-аналіз на підста- ві якого визначено ключові фактори, що визначають конкурентоспроможність підприємства. Фактори були згруповані та поділені на зовнішні та внутрішні. Обґрунтовано модель організаційно-економічного механізму логістичної системи підприємства. в якій розглядається взаємодія відділів постачання, збуту та виробничої інфраструктури, які становлять інтегровану виробничу систему та безпосередньо впливають на формування конкурентних переваг підприємства. ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF THE LOGISTICS SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISE The article examines the peculiarities of the operation of the logistics system of the enterprise. The wide use of logistics in the economic activity of the enterprise is explained by the need to reduce its total costs and enter international markets as a competitive enterprise. This can be achieved by using various logistics tools. Determining the efficiency of logistics activities of domestic enterprises is one of the main tasks, both for the formation of logistics strategies of enterprises, and for researching the current state of the logistics system. The relevance of efficiency research from both a practical and a scientific point of view lies in the formation of a real set of indicators of the state of logistics activity. Such a set of indicators is needed by modern enterprises to create mechanisms of managerial influence on the elements of logistics systems. The essence of the concept of the efficiency of the company's logistics systems is analyzed. The main methods of increasing the efficiency of the logistics activity of the enterprise depending on the various branches of logistics are systematized. The conducted analysis of the methods shows that universal methods that can be applied to almost all areas of logistics, such as inventory management, transportation, warehousing, packaging, purchasing, distribution and cargo handling, are the methods of ABC and XYZ analysis, methods of personnel motivation, and also a process automation method. All of the above methods of increasing the efficiency of the enterprise's logistics activities must be used comprehensively, in the structure of a single mechanism that is capable, at a certain moment, of determining and mobilizing the available efficiency reserves in each selected functional link of logistics, based on deviations in the system of indicators, for any logistics subsystem. In order to identify directions for improvement of the company's logistics system, a SWOT analysis was conducted, on the basis of which the key factors determining the company's competitiveness were determined. The factors were grouped and divided into external and internal. The model of the organizational and economic mechanism of the logistics system of the enterprise is substantiated. which considers the interaction of supply, sales and production infrastructure departments, which constitute an integrated production system and directly affect the formation of the company's competitive advantages.

    СУЧАСНІ ВИКЛИКИ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ В УМОВАХ VUCA – СВІТУ

    В статті визначені особливості та складові VUCA-світу, такі як: складність, мінливість, неоднозначність та невизначеність. Визначено, що в умовах VUCA-світу менеджери повинні швидко адаптуватися і розробляти нові стратегії, щоб успішно керувати своїми підприємствами. Досліджено найбільш важливі ризики для бізнесу та економіки у 2022 році. Визначено та обґрунтовано виклики, які постають перед менеджментом сучасних підприємств, серед них вагоме місце посідають: технологічні зміни, геополітичні зміни, глобалізація, розробка та впровадження нових бізнес моделей, управління стійкістю, управління змінами. З урахування виділених викликів запропоновані ключові компетентності, якими мають володіти менеджери сучасних компаній. Складена матриця співвідношення ключових викликів менеджменту і домінуючих компетентностей. Проведено дослідження викликів менеджменту в Україні в умовах воєнного стану. The article defines the features and components of the VUCA world, such as: complexity, variability, ambiguity and uncertainty. Management in the conditions of the VUCA world is a complex and multifaceted task that requires constant analysis, adaptation and innovation. But at the same time, there are opportunities for the development and growth of a business that is able to work successfully in rapidly changing conditions. It was determined that in the conditions of the VUCA world, managers must quickly adapt and develop new strategies in order to successfully manage their enterprises. The most important risks for business and the economy, presented in the Allianz Risk Barometer 2022, were studied. It was determined that in the context of the VUCA world, changes occur quickly and unexpectedly, which requires companies to be flexible and quickly adapt to new conditions. Technological innovations appear very quickly and change the business models of companies, and geopolitical events and economic crises can affect global markets and lead to instability. Thus, management is faced with a number of challenges that require quick response and the formation of new management strategies and practices. The challenges faced by the management of modern enterprises are defined and substantiated, among them technological changes, geopolitical changes, globalization, development and implementation of new business models, sustainability management occupy an important place. Taking into account the identified challenges, key competencies that managers of modern companies should possess are proposed. A composite matrix of the ratio of key management challenges and dominant competencies. The matrix gives an idea of which competences should be especially emphasized in the VUCA world. In such conditions, strategic thinking, global thinking, creative thinking, as well as the ability to predict and minimize risks dominate. The ability to learn and teach others is also important for a manager in conditions of constant change. It was revealed that in Ukraine after the full-scale Russian invasion, management began to face many additional challenges that affected both local entrepreneurs and foreign companies operating on the territory of Ukraine. The article examines management challenges in Ukraine under martial law.
