    В статті представлені результати трьох річного дослідження властивостей особистості та спортивної підготовленості юних каратистів. Доведено, що існує певний зв’язок між фізичною підготовленістю та терплячістю юних каратистів. (r=0.68). Це говорить про те, що юні каратисти здатні долати довготривалі фізичні навантаження. Встановлено існування зворотної залежності між проявом тривалості емоцій та терплячістю (r=-0.59). Тобто довготривалі тренування обмежують тривалість емоційного стану юних каратистів. The article presents the results of a three-year study of personality traits and athletic preparedness of young karatekas. It is proved that there is a definite connection between the physical fitness and patience of young karatekas. (r = 0.68). This suggests that young karatekas are able to overcome prolonged physical exertion. The existence of an inverse relationship between the manifestation of the duration of emotions and patience ((r = -0.59). That is, long-term training limits the duration of the emotional state of young karatekas.
