ВПЛИВ ФІЗИЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВЛЕНОСТІ НА ВЛАСТИВОСТІ ОСОБИСТОСТІ ЮНИХ КАРАТИСТІВ

Проведено дослідження щодо вивчення впливу фізичної підготовленості на властивості особистості юних каратистів. Дослідження проводилось протягом 2014-2016 років із юними каратистами на базі ЗОШ №56 та ЗОШ №30 м. Херсона. Встановлено, що значний зв’язок, де r дорівнює 0,69-0,50, присутній між фізичним розвитком та самоповагою і становить 0,68. Це означає, що чим гармонійніше розвинута дитина, тим впевненіше вона почувається у колективі, серед однолітків, має високий рівень самоповаги до себе. Також значний зв’язок присутній між фізичним розвитком та реактивною тривожністю і становить (-0,68). Значний зв’язок r, який дорівнює 0,69-0,50, спостерігається між динамічною силою та самоповагою, він обернений і складає (0,64). Це пояснюється тим, що під час тренувань часто використовуються змагальні вправи, пов’язані з виконанням рухового тесту згинання-розгинання рук в упорі лежачи. Діти постійно змагаються між собою, а перемагаючи підвищують свій рівень самоповаги. The conducted research on studying of influence of physical training on the properties of the individual young karate. The study was conducted during 2014-2016 with the young karatekas on the basis of school №56 and SOSH No. 30 of Kherson. Established that a significant relationship where r is equal to 0.69-0.50 mm, is present between physical development and selfesteem and 0.68. This means that the harmoniously developed child, the more confident he feels in the team, among peers, has a high level of self-esteem to yourself. Also, a significant relationship is present between the physical development and reactive anxiety and is (-0,68). A significant relationship r, which is equal to 0.69 and 0.50, was observed between dynamic strength and selfrespect, it is addressed and is (0,64). This is because during training often uses competitive drills related to the implementation of motor test, the flexion-extension arms in emphasis lying. Children are constantly competing and winning increase your level of self-esteem. During the research on the qualitative relations between the physical development, functional and physical preparedness and mental characteristics of young karate found such a relationship: 1) strong relationships between signs are absent; 2) a significant relationship between physical development, self-esteem and reactive anxiety; dynamic strength and self-respect; 3) moderate relationship is present between the functional readiness and need for achievement; skill and need for achievement; flexibility and reactive anxiety; between all physical properties and reactive anxiety; dynamic power and personal anxiety. The results of the study showed that young karate pronounced sense of dignity, they have their place in the team, good relations with peers, and classes of Kyokushin karate helps to develop leadership qualities and motivate to achieve high results in sports activities.
МІЖОСОБИСТІСНІ ВІДНОШЕННЯ ГАНДБОЛІСТОК І ЇХ ВПЛИВ НА ЗМАГАЛЬНУ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ

Розглянуто психологічні аспекти міжособистісних відношень в жіночій гандбольній команді. У дослідженні приймали участь гравці суперліги гандбольного клубу "Дніпрянка" віком від 16 до 25 років., протягом чотирьох років. Встановлено, що Непряма агресія проявилась на досить високому рівні 55% і 62% у таких гравців як лінійні та крайні. Можна припустити, що спортсменки після активно зіграної гри ще деякий час знаходяться в агресивному стані. Роздратування присутнє у 50% та 45% гравців жіночого гандбольного клубу мають схильність до недовіри та обережному відношенню до людей. Вербальна агресія проявилась на досить високому рівні у всіх гравців окрім голкіперів. Усім гравцям Херсонської команди "Дніпрянка" притаманна активна поведінка, вони орієнтуються на себе і схильні до суперництва. Але конфліктних намірів або ворожнечі до колег у жіночій гандбольній команді "Дніпрянка" не виявлено зовсім. The psychological aspects of interpersonal relationships in women's handball team. The study involved players of super League handball club "Dnepryanka in age from 16 to 25 years., during the four years. It is established that Indirect aggression is manifested at a high enough level of 55% and 62% of players like linear and extreme. It can be assumed that athletes after actively played the game some time are in an aggressive state. Irritation is present in 50% and 45% of the players of the women's handball club have a tendency to mistrust and cautious attitude towards people. Verbal aggression is manifested at a high enough level, all players except the goalkeeper. Protocol of observations and on the basis of self-assessment of each of the players identified the following indicators of anxiety: 33.3% of the players have average level of anxiety, 66.7% of high and low level were not detected at all. These figures indicate that the handball players are highly prone to excessive excitement, feeling of anxiety in situations that threaten, in their opinion, troubles, failures, frustration. Analysis of the test results on the rigidity of the players revealed that the low level of 8.3% of players, medium – 25%, and the highest level of 66.7 per cent of girls. The level of rigidity, which is manifested by the athletes is due to the interaction of their personal qualities and the nature of the environment, including the degree of difficulty that is against their objectives, the presence of danger, monotony of stimulation, and the like.All players Kherson team "Dnepryanka" inherent active behavior, they focus on themselves and prone to rivalry. But the conflict of intentions or hostility to colleagues in the women's handball team "Dnepryanka not detected at all.
