В даній статті теоретично проаналізовано особливості розвитку академічної доброчесності закладів вищої освіти та обґрунтовано важливість формування академічно досконалого, надійного середовища з високими освітньо-науковими морально-етичними принципами. This article theoretically analyzes the development of academic integrity of higher education institutions and substantiates the importance of forming an academically perfect, reliable environment with high educational and scientific moral and ethical principles.

Сьогодні статус України в європейському культурному сере- довищі безпосередньо визначається її здатністю оберігати історичне надбання, підтримувати тяглість національних традицій і забезпечувати належний захист культурних цінностей. Сучасні виклики, зокрема воєнні дії і загроза фізичного знищення пам’яток, актуалізують потребу не лише в консервації матеріальної спадщини, але й в активній її популяризації, зокрема і через освітні інституції. Мета статті полягає в з’ясуванні значення мистецької освіти у формуванні та збереженні культурної ідентичності Херсонщини, а також аналізі можливостей цифровізації мистецької освіти як інструменту популяризації культурної спадщини регіону. У ході дослідження було встановлено, що Херсонська область є унікальним регіоном, в якому формування місцевих культурних традицій відбувалося в умовах активної взаємодії і взаємовпливу культур різних регіонів України. Херсонська область опинилася в трійці регіонів України, що зазнали найтяжчих втрат у культурній сфері внаслідок російського вторгнення. Масштаби руйнувань історичної і мистецької спадщини краю мають характер культурної катастрофи. У таких умовах особливої ваги набувають освітні та культурні ініціативи, спрямовані на популяризацію традицій, мистецтва та історико-культурних надбань, що сприяє формуванню національної свідомості і консолідації суспільства. Окреслено основні аспекти впливу мистецької освіти на популяризацію культурної спадщини, серед яких патріотичне виховання, підготовка професійних кадрів, інтеграція в європейський простір і соціальна та психологічна реабілітація. Проаналізовано вплив етнокультурного синтезу на формування традиційної спадщини Херсонщини, зокрема на прикладах традиційної вишивки та народно-сценічного танцю. Окрему увагу приділено прикладам стійкості культурно-освітніх інституцій у складних соціально- політичних умовах. Показано значення участі молоді у фестивалях, конкурсах і культурних проєктах, а також вплив цифрових технологій на формування культурної ідентичності, зокрема оцифрування експонатів, інтерактивні платформи та VR-технології. Акцентовано стратегічну роль місцевих громад у збереженні культурних надбань і важливість інтеграції інноваційних освітніх підходів у процеси навчання та мистецької практики для підтримки культурної спадщини Херсонщини в умовах воєнних викликів. Наголошено на тому, що в умовах збройного конфлікту на території Херсонщини активізувалися ініціа- тиви, спрямовані на збереження культурної спадщини тимчасово окупованих і прифронтових територій. Зокрема, реалізуються проєкти з евакуації архівних матеріалів, створення мандрівних виставок і цифровізації музейних колекцій, що сприяє збереженню культурних артефактів і забезпечує доступ до них широкої аудиторії. Зроблено висновок, що мистецька освіта сприяє формуванню у молоді поваги до локальних традицій та усвідомлення цінності культурного коду Херсонщини. Today, Ukraine's status in the European cultural environment is directly determined by its ability to preserve its historical heritage, maintain the continuity of national traditions, and ensure proper protection of cultural values. Modern challenges, in particular military operations and the threat of the physical destruction of monuments, underscore the need not only for the conservation of material heritage but also for its active popularization, including through educational institutions. The purpose of the article is to clarify the importance of art education in the formation and preservation of the cultural identity of the Kherson region, and to analyze the possibilities of digitalizing art education as a tool for popularizing the region's cultural heritage. During the study, it was established that the Kherson region is unique in that the formation of local cultural traditions took place under conditions of active interaction and mutual influence among cultures from different regions of Ukraine. The Kherson region was among the three regions of Ukraine that suffered the most severe losses in the cultural sphere as a result of the Russian invasion. The scale of the destruction of the region's historical and artistic heritage is of a cultural catastrophe. In such conditions, educational and cultural initiatives aimed at popularizing traditions, art, and historical and cultural heritage acquire special importance, which contributes to the formation of national consciousness and the consolidation of society. The main aspects of the influence of art education on the popularization of cultural heritage are outlined, including patriotic education, training of professional personnel, integration into the European space, and social and psychological rehabilitation. The influence of ethnocultural synthesis on the formation of the traditional heritage of the Kherson region is analyzed, in particular on the examples of traditional embroidery and folk stage dance. Special attention is paid to examples of the stability of cultural and educational institutions in difficult socio- political conditions. The importance of youth participation in festivals, competitions and cultural projects is shown, as is the impact of digital technologies on the formation of cultural identity, particularly through the digitization of exhibits, interactive platforms and VR technologies. The strategic role of local communities in the preservation of cultural heritage is emphasized, as is the importance of integrating innovative educational approaches into learning and artistic practice to support the cultural heritage of the Kherson region in the face of military challenges. It is emphasized that, in the context of the armed conflict in the Kherson region, initiatives to preserve the cultural heritage of temporarily occupied and frontline territories have been intensified. In particular, projects are being implemented to evacuate archival materials, create traveling exhibitions and digitize museum collections, which contribute to the preservation of cultural artifacts and provide access to them for a wide audience. It is concluded that art education contributes to the formation of respect for local traditions and awareness of the value of the cultural code of the Kherson region among young people.
ФОРМУВАННЯ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ІДЕНТИЧНОСТІ ЧЕРЕЗ ВІЗУАЛЬНІ НАРАТИВИ СУЧАСНОГО МИСТЕЦТВА

Сучасне мистецтво є потужним інструментом комунікації, здатним не лише відтворювати культурні цін- ності, традиції та спадщину, а й активно формувати уявлення про націю та її колективну свідомість. Метою статті є дослідження механізмів взаємодії сучасного мистецтва з процесами конструювання національної іден- тичності та аналіз того, як художні образи відображають культурну спадщину й реагують на актуальні соціо- культурні трансформації. Для досягнення поставленої мети в дослідженні використано поєднання теоретичних методів, зокрема аналізу, синтезу, абстрагування, індукції та дедукції, з емпіричними підходами, серед яких клю- човим методом є спостереження. Дослідження показало, що сучасні художні практики конструюють національну ідентичність через взаємо- дію символів, історичних образів, мови, традицій та культурних практик. Водночас вони реагують на виклики сучасності, переосмислюючи історичну пам’ять, актуалізуючи питання соціальної справедливості та взаємодії громади. Показовими в цьому контексті є роботи О. Грехова, спрямовані на трансформацію класичних куль- турних канонів, мистецькі дослідження М. Куліковської, зосереджені на питаннях деколонізації та тілесності ідентичності, а також проєкти Д. Кольцової та Г. Зіньківського, що актуалізують теми війни й пам’яті. Ці приклади демонструють здатність сучасного мистецтва ініціювати глибоку рефлексію над національними цін- ностями та важливими суспільними трансформаціями. У висновках підтверджено значний потенціал сучасного мистецтва в процесах формування та актуаліза- ції національної ідентичності через створення й трансляцію візуальних наративів. Зазначено, що національна ідентичність у сучасній візуальній культурі формується внаслідок складної взаємодії символів і знаків, апеляції до історичної пам’яті, використання рідної мови, репрезентації традицій, звичаїв і культурної спадщини, які утворюють цілісний візуальний наратив соціальних та культурних вимірів ідентичності. Окремо наголошено на можливості використання сучасних художніх практик як ефективного інструменту культурної політики й розвитку суспільних ініціатив, спрямованих на зміцнення національної самосвідомості, консолідацію спільноти та інтеграцію культурного досвіду в актуальний соціокультурний контекст. Contemporary art is a powerful communication tool capable not only of reproducing cultural values, traditions, and heritage, but also of actively shaping perceptions of a nation and its collective consciousness. The purpose of this article is to study the mechanisms of interaction between contemporary art and the processes of constructing national identity and to analyze how artistic images reflect cultural heritage and respond to current sociocultural processes. To achieve this goal, the study uses a combination of theoretical methods, including analysis, synthesis, abstraction, induction, and deduction, with empirical approaches, among which observation plays a leading role. The study showed that contemporary artistic practices construct national identity through the interaction of symbols, historical images, language, traditions, and cultural practices. At the same time, they respond to contemporary challenges by rethinking historical memory and raising issues of social justice and community interaction. Notable in this context are the works of O. Grekhov, aimed at transforming classical cultural canons, the artistic research of M. Kulikovska, focused on issues of decolonization and the physicality of identity, as well as the projects of D. Koltsova and H. Zinkivsky, which actualize the themes of war and memory. These examples demonstrate the ability of contemporary art to initiate deep reflection on national values and important social processes. The conclusions confirm the significant potential of contemporary art in the processes of forming and actualizing national identity through the creation and transmission of visual narratives. It is noted that national identity in contemporary visual culture is formed as a result of the complex interaction of symbols and signs, appeals to historical memory, the use of the native language, and the representation of traditions, customs, and cultural heritage, which form a coherent visual narrative of the social and cultural dimensions of identity. Separate emphasis is placed on the possibility of using contemporary artistic practices as an effective tool of cultural policy and the development of social initiatives aimed at strengthening national self-awareness, consolidating the community, and integrating cultural experience into the current sociocultural context.
