    У статті розглянуто питання оцінки ефективності трьох схем консервативного лікування хворих на гонартроз. Найкращий результат було отримано у пацієнтів, яким спочатку проводили опромінення колінних суглобів низькоінтенсивним лазерним випромінюванням, а потім через 30–40 хвилин застосовували глюкозаміну гідрохлорид та диклофенак калію. Саме така послідовність застосування лікувальних засобів виявлялась найбільш ефективною у комплексній терапії пацієнтів за гонартрозу. The article considers the issue of evaluating the effectiveness of three schemes of conservative treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. The best results were obtained in patients who were first irradiated with low-intensity laser radiation to the knee joints, and then after 30–40 minutes glucosamine hydrochloride and diclofenac potassium were used. This sequence of treatment was the most effective in the complex therapy of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
