    Підприємства з іноземними інвестиціями являють собою відносно нову організаційно-соці- альну форму міжнародного підприємництва, за якої створюється спільна власність на матеріальні і фінансові ресурси, що використовуються для виконання виробничих, науково-технічних, зовнішньоторговельних та інших функцій. Але при цьому особливості створення аграрних підприємств з іноземними інвестиціями та їх подальше існування не передбачає максимізації прибутків, а може бути чітко спрямоване на стратегічне завоювання частки ринку материнською компанією. Enterprises with foreign investments represent a relatively new organizational and social form of international business, in which the joint ownership of the material and financial resources that are used to carry out production, scientific and technical, foreign trade and other functions is created. But at the same time, the peculiarities of creating joint ventures and their continued existence do not provide for maximization of profits, but may be directly aimed at the strategic conquest of the market share of the parent company.
