E статті викладено особливості впровадження екологічного аудиту в межах Херсонської області. З’ясовано історію становлення еколого-аудиторського процесу в Херсонській області. Досліджено особливості реалізації екологічного аудиту на об’єктах різного рівня організації в Херсонській області. В статье изложены особенности внедрения экологического аудита в пределах Херсонской области. Изучена история становления эколого-аудиторского процесса в Херсонской области. Исследовано особенности реализации экологического аудита на объектах разного уровня организации в Херсонской области. The peculiarities of environmental auditing implementation within Kherson region were presented in the article. The history of environmental auditing formation in Kherson region was researched. The peculiarities of environmental auditing realization on the objects with different organization levels in Kherson region were investigated.
ЕКОЛОГО-АУДИТОРСЬКИЙ АНАЛІЗ ОБ’ЄКТІВ МОЛОЧНОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ ХЕРСОНСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ (НА ПРИКЛАДІ ТОВ «ДАНОН-ДНІПРО»)

У статті викладено результати еколого-аудиторського аналізу об’єктів молочної промисловості Херсонської області на прикладі ТОВ «Данон-Дніпро». Робота базується на принципах системно-синергетичного, екологічного, конструктивно-географічного підходів. На основі прийнятих теоретико-методичних засад проведено еколого-аудиторський аналіз підприємств молочної промисловості Херсонської області, реалізовано екологічне аудитування на прикладі ТОВ «Данон-Дніпро». Вказана перспективність екологічного аудиту об’єктів молочної промисловості. В статье изложены результаты эколого-аудиторского анализа объектов молочной промышленности Херсонской области на примере ООО «Данон-Днепр». Работа базируется на принципах системно-синергетического, экологического, конструктивно-географического подходов. На основе принятых научно-методических основ проведен эколого-аудиторской анализ предприятий молочной промышленности Херсонской области, реализовано экологическое аудирование на примере ООО «Данон-Днепр». Указана перспективность экологического аудита объектов молочной промышленности. The right on ecological safety has become a standard of living in developed countries of the world. In the context of crisis phenomena, growing ecological problems become particularly noticeable. The selection and implementation of regulatory optimization tools are topical issues of the present. An ecological audit is one of them. It’s implementation at dairy enterprises is extremely necessary as it is one of the leading strategic industries of the food industry of Ukraine, including Kherson region. The purpose of the article is the ecological-audit analysis of the dairy industry objects of Kherson region on example of Danone-Dnipro LLC. Ecological audit is interpreted as a documented systematic independent process of the object evaluation for its compliance with the current environmental legislation with the transfer of results to the customer. The Law of Ukraine «About Ecological Audit», international and state standards of the series ISO 14000 are the legal bases of ecological-audit activity. The methodological basis of ecological auditing is primarily seen in systemic-synergetic, ecological, constructive-geographical approaches. On the basis of the accepted theoretical and methodical principles an ecological-audit analysis of dairy industry enterprises of Kherson region was conducted. It should be noted that often the enterprises, which are estimated as having the most productive production potential, are the environmentally dangerous. Among these are JSC «Ivanovo Butter Plant», PJSC «Kalanchatskiy Butter Plant», PJSC «Chaplinskiy plant of cheese and butter production», PJSC «Novotroitsky plant of cheese and butter production», PJSC «Novokakhovsky factory of melted cheese». The results of the ecological auditing conducted at Danone-Dnipro LLC of Danone Company, as one of the leading Ukrainian dairy markets, became the basis of the report, structured in accordance with international and state standards. In general, the object is characterized by a moderate impact on the environment. The potential eﬀect of the ecological-audit analysis of dairy industry objects can be deﬁned in terms of elements such as competitiveness, risk reduction, cost reduction, organization improvement, and, ﬁnally, ecological safety at all levels (object, industry, state).
СУЧАСНІ МОРФОКЛІМАТИЧНІ ФАКТОРИ РОЗВИТКУ НИЖНЬОДНІПРОВСЬКИХ ПІСКІВ

У статті визначено сучасні морфокліматичні чинники розвитку Нижньодніпровських пісків. Викладено результати їх аналізу. Зазначено особливості вітрового, плювіального, температурного режиму Нижньодніпровських пісків. В статье определены современные морфоклиматические факторы развития Нижнеднепровских песков. Изложены результаты их анализа. Указаны особенности ветрового, плювиального, температурного режима Нижнеднепровских песков. The modern morphoclimatic factors of development of Nizhniodniprovsky sands were defined in the article. The results of their analysis are presented. The features of the wind, pluvial and temperature regime of Nizhniodniprovsky sands are specified.

У статті викладено теоретико-методичні аспекти екологічного аудиту острівних територій на прикладі острова Білогрудів. Деталізовано процедуру, уточнено структуру висновку екологічного аудиту у зв’язку зі специфікою об’єкта. В статье изложены теоретико-методические аспекты экологического аудита островных территорий на примере острова Белогрудов. Детализировано процедуру, уточнено структуру заключения экологического аудита в связи со спецификой объекта. In the article are presented the theoretical and methodical aspects of the environmental audit of island territories using an example of the Bilohrudiv іsland. The procedure is detailed, the structure of the environmental audit conclusion is clarified in connection with the specifics of the object.
