DEVISING AN APPROACH FOR THE AUTOMATED RESTORATION OF SHIPMASTER’S NAVIGATIONAL QUALIFICATION PARAMETERS UNDER RISK CONDITIONS

The object of this study is the safety control system of ship management, by identifying and restoring the qualifica tion parameters of shipmasters in criti cal situations. The task solved in the study is the timely determination of an insufficient level of qualification for the perfor mance of certain operations in con trolling the movement of the ship, by applying a formal-logical model of de tecting the intuitive actions of the ope rator-shipmaster and gradually restor ing his/her qualification parameters using the devised method. The stages of development and the formal-logical structure of the model and method in terms of cognitive auto mation were described in detail as the study results. It was possible to ensure early detection of risks when controlling the movement of the ship in 56 % of cases, during a laborato ry experiment on simulators, which in 24 % of cases turned out to be particu larly dangerous. The interpretation of the results in volved algorithmizing complex and for malized data on the actions of opera tors and the application of the method of restoring their qualification para meters, which allowed a comprehensive approach to safety management. The distinguishing features of the findings were to predict the level of danger by simulating maritime opera tions with input navigational and indi vidual conditions. This made it possible to improve the effectiveness of ope rations to 89 %, reduce the phenome non of loss of control over the course to 32 %, reduce critical situations to 7 % and the cost of resources. The scope and conditions of practi cal use involve a comprehensive assess ment of external and internal influ ences on the level of danger, delay in decision-making by operators, as well as sailing conditions. The simulation results could be used to devise strate gies for planning maneuvers, predicting risks, and developing maritime securi ty systems
ДИСТАНЦИОННЫЙ КУРС ПОДГОТОВКИ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ К ВНЕДРЕНИЮ КВЕСТ-ТЕХНОЛОГИИ

Современная система образования Украины находится в обновлении. Сейчас остро стала проблема применения учителями на уроках устаревших методов и технологий, существует необходимость внедрения новых инноваций. С 2012 г. в образовательный процесс Запорожской области внедряется квест-технология. На сегодняшний день проведены несколько веб-квестов для учителей и учеников Всеукраинского и областного уровней. Все больше и больше появляется учителей-новаторов, которые используют данную технологию для развития у детей умений и навыков 21 столетия. Но проведенное педагогическое исследование показало, что учителя, в большинстве случаев, не готовы к использованию инновации и качественная реализация квеста требует предварительной подготовки учителя. Для этого кафедрой информатики и информационных технологий в образовании были разработаны образовательные курсы очной и дистанционной формы. В условиях финансового кризиса, основной акцент был сделан на дистанционной форме, что позволило завлечь большее количество учителей с меньшими финансовыми затратами. Для проведения дистанционного курса была выбрана платформа Moodle и разработан учебно- методический комплекс. В данной статье представлено описание дистанционного курса для педагогических работников «Внедрение квест-технологии в образовательный процесс», также представлены результаты реализации курса в Запорожской области. Сучасна система освіти України перебуває в оновленні. Зараз гостро стала проблема застосування вчителями на уроках застарілих методів і технологій, існує необхідність впровадження нових інновацій. З 2012 р в освітній процес Запорізької області впроваджується квест-технологія. На сьогоднішній день проведено декілька веб-квестів для вчителів та учнів Всеукраїнського та обласного рівнів. Все більше і більше з'являється вчителів-новаторів, які використовують дану технологію для розвитку у дітей умінь та навичок 21 століття. Але проведене педагогічне дослідження показало, що вчителі, в більшості випадків, не готові до використання інновації та якісна реалізація квесту вимагає попередньої підготовки вчителя. Для цього кафедрою інформатики та інформаційних технологій в освіті були розроблені освітні курси очної та дистанційної форми. В умовах фінансової кризи, основний акцент був зроблений на дистанційній формі, що дозволило залучити більшу кількість вчителів з меншими фінансовими витратами. Для проведення дистанційного курсу була обрана платформа Moodle і розроблено навчально-методичний комплекс. В даній статті представлено опис дистанційного курсу для педагогічних працівників «Впровадження квест-технології в освітній процес», також представлені результати реалізації курсу в Запорізькій області. The modern system of education of Ukraine is in an update. The problem of application outof- date methods and technologies on the lessons by teachers became the main problem now, there is a necessity of introduction new innovations. Quest-technology is includeded into the educational process of the Zaporizhia region since 2012. By today there have been a lot of quests for teachers and students of the All Ukrainian and regional levels. Teachers-innovators appear growingly which use this technology for development of children's abilities and skills in 21 century. But the conducted pedagogical research showed that teachers, in most cases, are not ready to use the innovation and high-quality realization of quest requires precondotioning of teacher. For this purpose there the educational courses of internal and distance form were developed by the department of informatics and information technologies in education. In the conditions of financial crisis, a basic accent was done on the distance form, that was allowed to entrap the greater amount of teachers with less financial expenses. For distance course the platform Moodle was chosen and the training complex was developed. This articleis presented the distance course for teaching staff "Introduction of quest technologies in the educational process," also it is presents the results of the realization of the course in the Zaporizhja Region.
МОНІТОРИНГОВЕ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ХМАРНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ КЕРІВНИКАМИ ЗАКЛАДІВ ЗАГАЛЬНОЇ СЕРЕДНЬОЇ ОСВІТИ ЗАПОРІЗЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ

Сучасні технології пронизують усі рівні й аспекти освітньої діяльності від застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій навчання під час викладання певного предмета до впровадження систем управління освітнім закладом. В останні роки в Україні популярними стали хмарні технології, все більшої актуальності отримує питання побудови хмаро орієнтованого навчального середовища. В Запорізькій області багато років ведеться робота по впровадженню хмарних технологій в освітній процес (підготовлені районні тренери, розроблені навчальні програми тренінгів, розроблені навчальні програми спецкурсів на курсах підвищення кваліфікації, проведені методичні семінари для вчителів та керівників освітніх закладів, розроблені та наповнені відповідні розділі на методичному порталі ЗапоВікі, розгорнуті платформи G Suite та Office365 для навчання вчителів, проведені навчальні тренінги для вчителів). У багатьох освітніх закладах вже організований віртуальний документообіг, працює віртуальна вчительська, розроблені власні освітні курси у Google класі, створені е-портфоліо вчителів, створена корпоративна пошта, організовані вебінари, розроблені сайти класів та багато іншого. За допомогою педагогічного моніторингу (системи відбору, обробки, аналізу, зберігання інформації про діяльність педагогічної системи в конкретному напрямку, що забезпечує безперервне тривале відстеження її стану, наступну корекцію освітнього процесу та прогнозування розвитку освітньої системи) було здійснено аналіз використання хмарних технологій керівниками та вчителями закладів загальної середньої освіти Запорізької області. У статті представлені результати моніторингового дослідження використання хмарних технологій керівниками закладів загальної середньої освіти Запорізької області. Хмарні технології ми розглядаємо як технологію, яка надає користувачам Інтернету доступ до комп’ютерних ресурсів сервера і використання програмного забезпечення як онлайнового сервісу. Аналіз було проведено щодо використання хмарних технологій G Suite від компанії Google та Office365 від компанії Microsoft. Modern technologies penetrate all levels and aspects of educational activity from application of information and communication technologies of teaching during the teaching of a certain subject to the introduction of educational management systems. In recent years, cloud technologies have become popular in Ukraine; issues of building a cloud-based learning environment are becoming more and more relevant. Zaporizhzhya region is working on the implementation of cloud technologies into the educational process (regional trainers have been prepared, training curricula have been developed, special course curricula have been developed at refresher courses, methodological seminars have been held for teachers and heads of educational institutions The portal ZapoWiki, the G Suite and Office365 deployed platforms for teacher training, were conducted training courses for teachers). With the help of pedagogical monitoring (the system of selection, processing, analysis, storage of information about the activity of the pedagogical system in a particular direction, providing monitoring of its condition, the subsequent correction of the educational process and forecasting the development of the educational system), an analysis of the use of cloud technologies by the heads and teachers of the institutions of general secondary education of the Zaporizhzhya region was carried out. The article presents the results of monitoring research on the use of cloud technologies by the heads of institutions of general secondary education in the Zaporizhzhya region. We consider cloud technologies as a technology that provides Internet users access to computer resources of the server and the use of software as an online service. The analysis is based on the use of cloud-based G Suite technologies from Google and Office365 from Microsoft.
ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ ВІРТУАЛЬНОГО ОСВІТНЬОГО ПРОЦЕСУ ЯК НЕВІД’ЄМНОГО КОМПОНЕНТА СУЧАСНОЇ СИСТЕМИ ОСВІТИ

Організування віртуального освітнього процесу в системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти може допомогти більш ефективно будувати взаємодію між обласними інститутами післядипломної педагогічної освіти та іншими суб’єктами освітньої діяльності. Для вирішення цього завдання на базі Запорізького обласного інституту післядипломної педагогічної освіти було розгорнуто платформу Moodle як складову частину «Освітнього середовища Запорізького регіону» (https://ele.zp.ua/moodle), за допомогою якої упродовж вересня 2017 р. – жовтня 2018 р. організовано курси підвищення кваліфікації для 220 груп; організовано і проведено дистанційні тренінги; проведено обласний етап конкурсу «Учитель року-2018»; запроваджено низку вебінарів та онлайн конференцій; реалізовано взаємодію навчального відділу ОІППО зі структурними підрозділами інституту; проведено моніторингове дослідження щодо вивчення рівня сформованості здатності до читання, розуміння й інтерпретації різноманітних текстів учнями 9-х класів закладів загальної середньої освіти області. Стаття присвячена організаційним, навчально-методичним та програмно-технічним аспектам організації віртуального освітнього процесу на базі розгорнутої дистанційної платформи освітнього середовища Запорізького регіону. Проте, необхідно зазначити низку проблем, що вимагають подальшого вирішення. Так, великий відсоток слухачів КПК мають низький рівень ІТ-компетентності, що ускладнює та уповільнює роботу з платформою: низький загальний рівень роботи з ПК; відсутність розуміння понять «браузер», «електронна пошта», «логін» тощо; невміння працювати з електронною поштою; незнання своїх логінів та паролів для входу до e-mail; психологічний страх перед комп’ютером. Напрями подальших розвідок убачаємо у продовженні реалізації обласного проекту «Розвиток ІТ-компетентності вчителів»; підключення нових функцій до організування віртуального освітнього процесу та подальшого розвитку єдиного інформаційного простору Запорізького регіону. Organization of a virtual educational process in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education facilitates more productive interaction between postgraduate pedagogical institutions (PPI) and respective subjects of regional education. In order to address this problem, the Moodle learning management platform was deployed as part of the «Educational Environment of Zaporizhzhya Region» (https://ele.zp.ua/moodle/) on the basis of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education. By means of the platform, during the period of September 2017 – October 2018, the following activities were carried out: 220 advanced training courses were organized; a number of distance trainings were organized and conducted; the regional stage of the “Teacher of the Year-2018 Contest” was held; a number of webinars and online conferences were conducted; the interaction between the educational department of Zaporizhzhya Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education and its structural divisions is organized; a monitoring study was conducted in order to assess the level of formation of the ability to read, understand and interpret various texts by students of the 9th grade of general secondary education institutions in Zaporizhzhya region. The article covers the organizational, educational and methodological, as well as software and technical aspects of virtual educational process organization on the basis of the deployed learning management platform of educational environment of Zaporizhzhya region. However, it is necessary to mention a number of problems that require further solving. So, a large percentage of CPC listeners have a low level of IT competence, which complicates and slows down the work of the platform: low overall PC performance; lack of understanding of the concepts “browser”, “e-mail”, “login”, etc.; inability to work with e-mail; ignorance of your login and password for login to e-mail; psychological fear of the computer. The directions of further research are seen in the continuation of the implementation of the regional project “Development of IT competence of teachers”; the connection of new functions to the organization of the virtual educational process and the further development of a single information space in the Zaporizhzhya region.
