    В статье осуществлена попытка раскрыть специфику профессиональной подготовки будущих воспитателей к формированию математической компетентности детей дошкольного возраста и обоснование того, что она предусматривает изучение теоретических принципов методики формирования элементарных математических представлений у детей дошкольного возраста, закономерностей усвоения детьми элементарных математических представлений; программы, принципы, методы, приёмы, формы обучения дошкольников элементам математики. The article makes an attempt to reveal the specifics of the future preschool educators’ professional training for the formation of mathematical competence of preschool children and the rationale that it provides for the study of the theoretical principles of the methodology for the formation of elementary mathematical concepts in preschool children, the patterns of assimilation by children of elementary mathematical concepts; programs, principles, methods, techniques, forms of teaching preschoolers to the elements of mathematics.
