Item СТАЛИЙ ТУРИЗМ ЯК ЧИННИК ВІДБУДОВИ ТУРИСТИЧНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ УКРАЇНИ ПІСЛЯ ВІЙНИ(2026) Кривошей С. С.У роботі досліджено роль сталого туризму як одного з ключових чинників відбудови туристичної інфраструктури України у післявоєнний період. Розглянуто сутність концепції сталого туризму, її економічні, соціальні та екологічні складові, а також можливості їх застосування в процесі відновлення туристичної галузі. Визначено значення сталого туризму для активізації місцевої економіки, створення нових робочих місць, залучення інвестицій та підвищення конкурентоспроможності туристичних дестинацій. Особливу увагу приділено перспективам розвитку туристичної інфраструктури на засадах сталого розвитку, впровадженню екологічно відповідальних практик, збереженню природної та культурної спадщини, а також залученню місцевих громад до процесів відбудови. Обґрунтовано, що впровадження принципів сталого туризму сприятиме формуванню стійкої, безпечної та конкурентоспроможної туристичної системи України, здатної забезпечити довгостроковий соціально-економічний розвиток регіонів у післявоєнний період. The paper examines sustainable tourism as one of the key factors in the reconstruction of Ukraine’s tourism infrastructure in the post-war period. The essence of the sustainable tourism concept, its economic, social, and environmental dimensions, as well as the possibilities of their application in the recovery of the tourism industry are analyzed. The study highlights the importance of sustainable tourism for stimulating local economic development, creating new employment opportunities, attracting investment, and enhancing the competitiveness of tourism destinations. Special attention is given to the prospects for developing tourism infrastructure based on the principles of sustainability, implementing environmentally responsible practices, preserving natural and cultural heritage, and involving local communities in reconstruction processes. It is substantiated that the implementation of sustainable tourism principles will contribute to the formation of a resilient, safe, and competitive tourism system in Ukraine, capable of ensuring the long-term socio-economic development of regions in the post-war period.Item ОБСЛУГОВУВАННЯ ТУРИСТІВ У ГОТЕЛЬНОМУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ НА ПРИКЛАДІ БАЗИ ВІДПОЧИНКУ «КОЛОС» Кваліфікаційна робота (проєкт) на здобуття(2025) Антонюк, А. Р.У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено особливості організації та удосконалення обслуговування туристів у готельному підприємстві на прикладі бази відпочинку «Колос». Проаналізовано структуру, види та якість наданих послуг, оцінено рівень задоволеності клієнтів та визначено ключові чинники, що впливають на ефективність сервісу. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз з конкурентними підприємствами та виявлено напрями покращення якості обслуговування. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення сервісної діяльності, підвищення кваліфікації персоналу, впровадження інноваційних технологій обслуговування та формування позитивного туристичного іміджу бази відпочинку. Результати роботи можуть бути використані адміністрацією туристичних об'єктів для підвищення рівня обслуговування, конкурентоспроможності та привабливості готельного підприємства на ринку туристичних послуг. The qualification paper explores the specifics of organizing and improving tourist services in a hotel enterprise based on the example of the “Kolos” recreation center. The structure, types, and quality of services provided are analyzed, the level of customer satisfaction is assessed, and key factors influencing service efficiency are identified. A comparative analysis with competing enterprises was conducted, revealing directions for improving service quality. Practical recommendations are proposed for enhancing service operations, increasing staff qualifications, implementing innovative service technologies, and shaping a positive tourist image of the recreation center. The results of the study can be used by the management of tourism facilities to improve service quality, competitiveness, and the attractiveness of hotel enterprises in the tourism services market.Item ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ КОМПЛЕКСНОЇ СИСТЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЯКІСТЮ ПРОДУКЦІЇ: ПЕРЕВАГИ ТА НЕДОЛІКИ(2023) Кутіщева, Є. Проведено ґрунтовний аналіз використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Акцентується увага на впровадженні заходів щодо підвищення якості продукції. The qualification work consists in the research, analysis and formation of the enterprise's product quality management system. The main factors for improving the quality of production are identified, the main problems of developing and implementing quality management systems at enterprises are considered, and ways to overcome them are described. A thorough analysis of the use of the company's financial resources was conducted. П.У кваліфікаційній роботі (проєкті) розглянуто маркетингові стратегії, що застосовуються в соціальних мережах як інструмент просування брендів та підвищення ефективності комунікації з цільовою аудиторією. Актуальність теми зумовлена стрімким розвитком цифрового середовища, зростаючою роллю персоналізованого контенту, зміною алгоритмів соціальних платформ і необхідністю аналізу ефективності рекламних кампаній. У роботі досліджено інструменти соціального медіа-маркетингу, можливості таких платформ, як Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube і LinkedIn, а також роль контенту, аналітики та метрик у досягненні бізнес-цілей. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації для удосконалення стратегій взаємодії з користувачами в соціальних мережах. The qualification work (project) includes marketing strategies used in social media as a tool for brand promotion and enhancing communication effectiveness with the target audience. The relevance of the topic is driven by the rapid development of the digital environment, the growing importance of personalized content, changes in social platform algorithms, and the need to analyze advertising campaign performance. The research explores social media marketing tools, the potential of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and the role of content, analytics, and metrics in achieving business goals. The qualification paper «Formation of professional competencies of students in training for the professions of hairdresser (hairdresser-designer) and manicurist in a vocational education institution» examines the theoretical and practical aspects of professional training of future beauty industry specialists in the conditions of modern vocational education. The author investigates methods, forms, and tools for the formation of professional competencies of students aimed at developing practical skills, creative abilities, professional mastery, and competitiveness of future hairdressers and manicurists. Particular attention is paid to the use of modern educational technologies and practical training in the learning process.Item СТРУКТУРА ТА ВИДИ БЕЗПЕКИ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ(2025) Щербина А. О.Кваліфікаційна робота на тему «Структура та види безпеки в сучасних умовах» присвячена дослідженню процесів забезпечення національної безпеки держав в контексті новітніх викликів, включаючи гібридні загрози, інформаційну агресію та інші форми впливу. У першому розділі розглядається поняття та сутність національної безпеки, аналізуються її елементи та структура, а також визначаються види національної безпеки держави. Розділ спрямований на розкриття основоположних теоретичних засад і концепцій, що лежать в основі формування системи безпеки. Другий розділ присвячений детальному аналізу ключових видів безпеки. У ньому розглядаються основні складові економічної безпеки держави, аналізується міжнародна безпека як важливий елемент забезпечення стійкості держави на міжнародній арені, а також приділяється увага воєнній безпеці, яка є головним видом безпеки держави, особливо в умовах сучасних загроз. Робота містить науково обґрунтовані висновки, практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення механізмів забезпечення безпеки держав, які можуть бути використані для розробки державних стратегій, нормативно-правових актів та конкретних заходів у сфері національної безпеки. Зміст роботи сприятиме підвищенню ефективності національної безпеки,особливо в умовах сучасних викликів та загроз.. The qualification thesis titled “The Structure and Types of Security in Contemporary Conditions” is devoted to the study of national security processes in the context of emerging challenges, including hybrid threats, information aggression, and other forms of influence. The first chapter explores the concept and essence of national security, analyzing its components and structure, and identifying the main types of national security. This section aims to uncover the fundamental theoretical foundations and concepts underlying the formation of a national security system. The second chapter provides a detailed analysis of the key types of security. It examines the core elements of a state's economic security, analyzes international security as a vital component for ensuring national resilience on the global stage, and focuses on military security, which is considered the principal type of security, particularly under current threat conditions. The thesis offers scientifically grounded conclusions and practical recommendations for improving state security mechanisms. These can be utilized in the development of national strategies, legal frameworks, and specific measures in the field of national security. Робота також досліджує вплив зростаючої невизначеності на фінансовий стан підприємства та розглядає можливі стратегії управління цією невизначеністю через використання інструментів фінансової діагностики. In the modern conditions of globalization and rapid pace of changes in the world economy, financial management of an enterprise becomes a challenging task due to growing uncertainty. This paper aims to explore financial diagnostics as a tool for enterprise management in conditions of instability and uncertainty. It analyzes the main methods and approaches to financial diagnostics, highlights their effectiveness in forecasting and analyzing the financial condition of the enterprise. The economic efficiency of the enterprise was assessed, the essence and main functions and structure of fixed assets were revealed, the use of fixed assets of the research enterprise was analyzed, the proposed measures to improve the efficiency of Prydniprovske PJSC were substantiated and evaluated.
