У кваліфікаційній роботі (проєкті) запропоновано, теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено методичну систему формування дослідницьких математичних умінь майбутніх вчителів математики в процесі використання методу множників збіжності під час вивченні числових рядів в математичному аналізі. Тhe qualification work (project) proposed, theoretically justified and experimentally verified the methodical system of formation of research mathematical skills of future teachers of mathematics in the process of convergence factors during the study of numerical series in mathematical analysis.
КОРПОРАТИВНА КУЛЬТУРА ХЕРСОНСЬКОГО ДЕРЖАВНОГО УНІВЕРСИТЕТУ

Мета статті полягає в розкритті основних показників корпоративної культури закладу вищої освіти на прикладі Херсонського державного університету. Авторами використано методи спостереження та узагальнення реальних здобутків університетської практики формування корпоративної культури, аналіз знакових подій закладу дозволив визначити основні її характеристики: традиції, стиль керівництва закладом, зовнішню атрибутику, іміджеві заходи тощо. Результати. Авторами порушується питання активного впровадження засобів формування корпоративної культури вищого освітнього закладу. Маючи колосальний досвід 105-річного існування, університет береже свої традиції, виказує свою місію, розвиває іміджевий складник діяльності. На вибір проблеми вплинули сучасні умови розвитку закладів вищої освіти, зокрема модернізації вищої освіти в Україні, оновлення системи управління та пошуку ефективного варіанту моделі освітнього закладу, яка значно підвищить конкурентоздатність як закладу, так і кожного випускника на сучасному ринку освітніх послуг. Розглянуто особливості феномену корпоративної культури університету, визначені головні аспекти формування корпоративної культури закладу вищої освіти на прикладі Херсонського державного університету, охарактеризовано особливості «Декларації корпоративної культури ХДУ». Охарактеризовано корпоративну культуру, яка реалізує функцію регулювання поведінки персоналу через систему цінностей, норм, правил, що задекларовано конкретним закладом вищої освіти. У статті наводяться іміджеві показники, які мають реалізовуватись у діяльності вищого освітнього закладу, які мають постійно розвиватися, адекватно реагувати на виклики суспільства. Зокрема, це символи, які втілюють усі запропоновані цінності корпоративної культури, дозволяють виказати науково-педагогічним працівникам, здобувачам вищої освіти, працівникам різних підрозділів, співробітникам ідентичність і свідомість. Створюється єдиний освітній культурний простір закладу, універ- ситетського співтовариства. Велику роль відіграє сайт Херсонського державного університету, який є візитівкою вишу, головним джерелом інформації. Слід відзначити такій підрозділ, як «Музей ХДУ», де започатковано традицію відвідування музею першокурсниками, зустрічі з видатними фахівцями, науково-педагогічними працівниками університету. Традиційними є заходи, які пропагують діяльність вишу на регіональному, всеукраїнському рівні. Висновки. За свою майже 105-літню історію Херсонський державний університет сформував власну корпоративну культуру, яка свідчить про неповторність самого закладу та систему його менеджменту. The purpose of the article is to reveal the main indicators of the corporate culture of a higher education institution using the example of Kherson State University. The authors used methods of observation and generalization of the real achievements of university practice in the formation of corporate culture, the analysis of significant events of the institution allowed to determine its main characteristics: traditions, style of management of the institution, external attributes, image measures, etc. The results. The authors raise the issue of active implementation of means of forming the corporate culture of a higher educational institution. Having a colossal experience of 105 years of existence, the university preserves its traditions, expresses its mission, and develops the image component of its activities. The choice of the problem was influenced by the modern conditions of the development of higher education institutions, in particular, the modernization of higher education in Ukraine, the renewal of the management system and the search for an effective version of the educational institution model, which will significantly increase the competitiveness of both the institution and each graduate in the modern market of educational services. The peculiarities of the phenomenon of the corporate culture of the university were considered, the main aspects of the formation of the corporate culture of the higher education institution were determined on the example of the Kherson State University, the peculiarities of the “Declaration of the Corporate Culture of KhSU” were characterized. The corporate culture is characterized, which realizes the function of regulating the behavior of personnel through the system of values, norms, and rules declared by a specific institution of higher education. The article provides image indicators that should be implemented in the activities of a higher educational institution, which should constantly develop, adequately respond to the challenges of society. In particular, these are symbols that embody all the proposed values of corporate culture, allow scientific and pedagogical workers, students of higher education, employees of various departments, and employees to express their identity and consciousness. A single educational and cultural space of the institution, the university community is being created. The site of the Kherson State University, which is the business card of the university and the main source of information, plays a major role. It should be noted such a unit as “KhSU Museum”, where the tradition of visiting the museum by first-year students, meeting with outstanding specialists, scientific and pedagogical workers of the university was started. Events that promote higher education at the regional, all-Ukrainian level are traditional. Conclusions. During its nearly 105-year history, Kherson State University has formed its own corporate culture, which testifies to the uniqueness of the institution itself and its management system.

У статті розглядаються особливості формування та розвитку дослідницьких математичних умінь майбутніх вчителів математики під час вивчення основ теорії рядів в курсі математичного аналізу. ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО ІМІДЖУ У МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ МАТЕМАТИКИ

У статті уточнено теоретичні чинники формування професійного іміджу майбутніх учителів матема- тики. Проаналізовано погляди науковців і освітян на трактування понять "імідж", "професійний імідж", "професійний імідж вчителя", уточнено поняття "професійний імідж вчителя математики", "формування професійного іміджу майбутніх учителів математики". Розроблено і науково обґрунтовано структурно- функціональну модель формування професійного іміджу майбутніх учителів математики. Визначено ор- ганізаційно-педагогічні умови формування професійного іміджу майбутніх учителів математики. Встано- влено, що наявні організаційно-педагогічні умови та існуючі суперечності, будучи фоном, скріплюють її, є рушійною силою впливу на становлення та реалізацію зовнішніх, внутрішніх і процесуальних складових іміджу фахівця. На основі цієї моделі створено і доведено до реалізації методичну систему формування професійного іміджу майбутніх учителів математики, головною метою якої є вдосконалення здобувача освіти, забезпечення сприятливих умов для самореалізації та особистісного професійного розвитку. The article clarifies the theoretical factors of forming the professional image of future mathematics teachers. The views of scientists and educators on the interpretation of the concepts "image", "professional image", "profes- sional image of a teacher" were analyzed, the concepts "professional image of a mathematics teacher", "forming the professional image of future mathematics teachers" were specified. A structural-functional model of profes- sional image formation of future mathematics teachers has been developed and scientifically substantiated. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional image of future mathematics teach- ers have been determined. It has been established that existing organizational and pedagogical conditions and existing contradictions, being the background, consolidate it, are the driving force of influence on the formation and implementation of external, internal and procedural components of the specialist's image. Based on this model, a methodical system for forming the professional image of future mathematics teachers was created and imple- mented, the main goal of which is to improve the student of education, to provide favorable conditions for self- realization and personal professional development.

У статті уточнено теоретичні чинники формування професійної компетентності майбутніх учителів математики у квазіпрофесійній діяльності. Проаналізовано погляди науковців на трактування поняти «компетентність», «професійна компетентність», «професійна компетентність майбутнього вчителя мате- матики», уточнено поняття «майбутній учитель математики», «квазіпрофесійна діяльність», «формування професійної компетентності майбутніх вчителів математики у квазіпрофесійній діяльності". Розроблено і науково обґрунтовано структурно-функціональну модель формування професійної компетентності май- бутніх учителів математики у квазіпрофесійній діяльності. Визначено організаційно-педагогічні умови формування професійної компетентності майбутніх учителів математики у квазіпрофесійній діяльності. Встановлено, що наявні організаційно-педагогічні умови та існуючі супуручності, будучи фоном, скріплюють її та є рушійною силою впливу на становлення та результативність професійної діяльності майбутніх учителів математики. У статті уточнено теоретичні чинники формування проєктно-дослідницької компетентності майбутніх учителів математики в умовах інноваційних зрушень у вітчизняній галузі математичної освіти. Проаналізовано погляди науковців на трактування понять "професійна підготовка вчителя математики", "компетентність", "професійна компетентність вчителя математики", "проєктно-дослідницька компетентність вчителя математики", "формування проєктно-дослідницької компетентності вчителя". Розроблено та апробовано структурно-функціональну модель формування проєктно-дослідницької компетентності майбутнього вчителя математики. Уточнено умови формування проєктно-дослідницької компетентності майбутніх учителів математики. Встановлено, що наявні педагогічні умови та існуючі суперечності скріплюють систему, виступають в ролі її рушійної сили. Інформаційний простір виступає в якості оболонки процесу формування проєктно-дослідницької компетентності майбутніх учителів математики. The article clarifies the theoretical factors of the formation of project-research competence of future mathematics teachers in the conditions of innovative developments in the domestic field of mathematics education. The views of scientists on the interpretation of the concepts of "professional training of a mathematics teacher", "competence", "professional competence of a mathematics teacher", "project-research competence of a mathematics teacher", "formation of project-research competence of a teacher" are analyzed. A structural-functional model of the formation of project-research competence of a future mathematics teacher is developed and tested. The conditions for the formation of project-research competence of future mathematics teachers are clarified. It is established that the existing pedagogical conditions and existing contradictions strengthen the system, act as its driving force. The information space acts as a shell of the process of forming project-research competence of future mathematics teachers.

У статті уточнено теоретичні чинники формування критичності мислення старшокласників на уроках математики. Проаналізовано погляди науковців на трактування понять "мислення", "якості мислення", "критичність мислення", "формування критичності мислення старшокласників". Розроблено та апробо- вано структурно-функціональну модель формування критичності мислення старшокласників на уроках математики. Уточнено умови формування критичності мислення старшокласників на уроках математики. Встановлено, що наявні педагогічні умови та існуючі суперечності не тільки скріплюють систему є її фоном, але й виступають в ролі її активної рушійної сили, впливу на результативність розумової діяльності старшокласників. The article clarifies the theoretical factors of the formation of critical thinking of high school students in mathematics lessons. The views of scientists on the interpretation of the concepts of "thinking", "quality of think- ing", "critical thinking", "formation of critical thinking of high school students" are analyzed. A structural-func- tional model of the formation of critical thinking of high school students in mathematics lessons is developed and tested. The conditions for the formation of critical thinking of high school students in mathematics lessons are clarified. It is established that the existing pedagogical conditions and existing contradictions not only strengthen the system, are its background, but also act as its active driving force, influencing the effectiveness of the mental activity of high school students.
