    У роботі проаналізовано формування звукової культури у дітей старшого дошкільного віку. Було розглянуто звук як найменшу, неподільну мовну одиницю; класифікацію голосних та приголосних звуків; роль і значення звукової культури мовлення у дітей старшого дошкільного віку. У дослідженні представлено аналіз програм і навчально-методичної літератури; методику формування звукової культури у дітей старшого дошкільного віку; результати експерименту. The paper analyzes the formation of sound culture in older preschool children. Sound was considered as the smallest, indivisible linguistic unit; classification of vowels and consonants; the role and importance of sound culture of speech in older preschool children. The study presents an analysis of programs and educational literature; methods of forming sound culture in older preschool children; the results of the experiment.
