    У роботі уточнено поняття лідерства та лідерські якості молодших школярів; узагальнено особливості організації позакласної діяльності в початковій школі; визначено потенціал позакласної роботи у формуванні лідерських якостей; діагностовано рівень лідерських якостей молодших школярів; обґрунтовано комплекс заходів виховання лідерських якостей молодших школярів у позакласній роботі. The paper clarifies the concept of leadership and leadership qualities of younger schoolchildren; summarizes the features of the organization of extracurricular activities in primary schools; defines the potential of extracurricular work in the formation of leadership qualities; diagnoses the level of leadership qualities of younger schoolchildren; substantiates the set of measures for educating the leadership qualities of younger schoolchildren in extracurricular work.

    У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз особливостей професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів початкової школи; проаналізовано поняття «проєкт», «проєктна діяльність», «проєктна компетентність»; визначено компоненти, показники та рівні сформованості проєктної компетентності майбутніх учителів початкової школи; визначено й теоретично обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови підготовки майбутнього вчителя початкової школи до застосування методу проєктів в позанавчальній діяльності; експериментально перевірено ефективність визначених умов. / The paper provides a theoretical analysis of the features of professional training of future primary school teachers; the concept of "Project", "project activity", "project competence" is analyzed; the components, indicators and levels of formation of project competence of future primary school teachers are determined; the organizational and pedagogical conditions for preparing a future primary school teacher for the application of the project method in extracurricular activities are determined and theoretically justified; the effectiveness of certain conditions is experimentally tested.
