Ця тема повинна привести до розуміння сучасних біотехнологій, персоніфікованої медицини, розуміння недоліків та переваг застосування сучасних методів, вміти аналізувати наведену інформацію щодо наслідків застосування сучасних біотехнологій та критично до неї відноситися. Сформовані поняття цієї теми нададуть здатність учням розуміти екологічну безпеку в контексті застосування біотехнологій, етичні питання, які можуть постати при застосуванні персоніфікованої медицини The study of the section "Biology as the basis of biotechnology and medicine" is studied in the 9th grade. This topic should lead to an understanding of modern biotechnologies, personalized medicine, an understanding of the disadvantages and advantages of using modern methods, to be able to analyze the given information about the consequences of the use of modern biotechnologies and to be critical of it. The formed concepts of this topic will give students the ability to understand environmental safety in the context of the use of biotechnology, ethical issues that may arise in the application of personalized medicin

    Наукове підґрунтя біотехнології сьогодення є дуже складним для розуміння пересічною людиною. Через це біотехнології інколи зустрічають негатив у суспільстві. Це створює необхідність поглибити розуміння біологічних процесів, що лежать в основі біотехнологій на уроках біології через розвиток біологічних понять. The scientific basis of today's biotechnology is very difficult for the average person to understand. Because of this, biotechnologies are sometimes met with negativity in society. This creates a need to deepen the understanding of biological processes underlying biotechnology in biology classes through the development of biological concepts.
