Організація взаємодії вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти з батьками вихованців

Головною метою педагогічної діяльності фахівців дошкільної галузі є збереження і зміцнення фізичного та психічного здоров’я вихованців, розвиток їх творчого й інтелектуального потенціалу, забезпечення умов для особистісного зростання. Успішне здійснення цього завдання неможливо у відриві від сім’ї, адже батьки – перші та головні вихователі своєї дитини з моменту народження і протягом усього життя. Магістерське дослідження присвячено визначенню та обґрунтуванню основних методів та форм роботи закладів дошкільної освіти з батьками вихованців та дослідженню їх ефективності. Взаємодія закладу дошкільної освіти з родинами вихованців буде ефективною за дотримання таких організаційно-педагогічних умов: забезпечення індивідуального та диференційованого підходу до роботи з батьками; підвищення рівня психолого-педагогічної компетентності батьків в питаннях виховання дітей; органічне поєднання традиційних та інноваційних форм взаємодії ЗДО з батьками The main purpose of pedagogical activity of preschool specialists is to preserve and strengthen the physical and mental health of students, the development of their creative and intellectual potential, providing conditions for personal growth. Successful accomplishment of this task is impossible in isolation from the family, because parents are the first and main caregivers of their child from birth and throughout life. The master's research is devoted to the definition and substantiation of the main methods and forms of work of preschool institutions with the parents of pupils and the study of their effectiveness. The interaction of the preschool institution with the families of the pupils will be effective if the following organizational and pedagogical conditions are observed: providing an individual and differentiated approach to working with parents; raising the level of psychological and pedagogical competence of parents in matters of child rearing; organic combination of traditional and innovative forms of interaction of ZDO with parents.
СПЕЦИФІКА ЕФЕКТИВНОЇ КОМУНІКАЦІЇ ПЕДАГОГІВ ЗАКЛАДІВ ДОШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ З БАТЬКАМИ ВИХОВАНЦІВ

У статті розглянуто один із ключових напрямів сучасної дошкільної освіти – взаємодію педагогів закладу дошкільної освіти з сім’ями вихованців. Проаналізовано сучасний стан вивчення питання, розглянуто інтерактивні форми взаємодії педагогів і батьків дошкільників, що сприяють налагодженню ефективної комунікації між ними. The article considers one of the key areas of modern preschool education - the interaction of teachers of preschool education with the families of students. The current state of study of this issue is analyzed, interactive forms of interaction between teachers and parents of preschoolers are considered, which contribute to the establishment of effective communication between them

Робота посвячена теоретичному обґрунтуванню й апробації педагогічних умов формування соціально- комунікативної компетентності дітей старшого дошкільного віку в процесі ігрової діяльності. Доведено, в процесі спільної ігрової діяльності дитина старшого дошкільного віку здобуває досвід рольової поведінки, освоює соціальні взаємини, нові форми комунікації. The work is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and approbation of pedagogical conditions of formation of social and communicative competence of children of senior preschool age in the course of game activity. It is proved that in the process of joint play activities a child of senior preschool age gains experience of role behavior, learns social relationships, new forms of communication.
