    У роботі уточнено зміст поняття «управлінська компетентність майбутнього вчителя початкової школи»; визначені управлінські функції вчителя та структуру його управлінської компетентності; теоретично обґрунтувано психолого-педагогічні умови формування елементів управлінської компетентності майбутніх учителів початкової школи; експериментально перевірено ефективність визначених психолого-педагогічних умов. The paper clarifies the content of the concept of «managerial competence of the future teacher of primary classes»; defines the managerial functions of the teacher and the structure of his managerial competence; theoretically substantiates the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of elements of managerial competence of future primary school teachers; experimentally tested the effectiveness of certain psychological and pedagogical conditions.
