DIGITAL DIDACTICS AS A NEW MODEL IN THE THEORY OF EDUCATION

Rapid changes in society connected with the qualitative transformation of informational and educational environment provoke the study and development of a new tendency in pedagogics, in particular in the theory of education. The article explains the necessity of transition to a new digital model of didactics, suggests its structure and approaches to its realization. The author’s vision of new principles, methods, means and forms of organization of modern education are presented in the article. The study of the level of teachers’ awareness of digital didactics principles and their real readiness to work in the conditions of informational educational environment has shown a low level of the formation of corresponding competences among teachers. As teacher’s qualities are transformed due to the transition from teaching to engineering of educational activity, the article states the main e-teacher’s qualities: informational resources analyst, content designer and designer of education and evaluation methods. Their formation helps to realize e-didactics idea, in which educational resource is a system-forming element. Given e-didactics structure illustrates the way educational resource can serve as content, tasks for the formation of corresponding competences and means of control of education quality. Padagogy Wheel is considered to be a means of web-resources selection for any level of knowledge. Teachers’ questionnaire has shown that their knowledge, skills and will to use web-resources (for example, Padagogy Wheel) in the organization of educational activity is at 30 % mark that requires considerable attention of pedagogical community. One of the ways of solving this problem consists in the creation and extensive testing of open educational resources dedicated to implementation of digital didactics.
ECOLOGIZATION OF EDUCATION IN THE INNOVATIVE SPACE OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The new content of the ecologization of education is considered, the goal is formulated and the possibilities of ecologization of education in the innovative space of higher education are shown. Definitions are interpreted: ecologization, ecologization of education in the innovative space of higher education; the main goals of ecologization of education and the main components and most important tasks of ecologization of education in the innovative space of higher education are highlighted (formation of ecological culture for all segments of the population; training of ecological specialists for the educational field and various branches of the national economy; in the field of ecological studies: improvement, standardization, harmonization of terminology. Three main types of spiritual values were identified. The main principles of ecologization of education in the innovative space of higher education and two interrelated components (promotional, content-informational) are singled out. The relevance of educational, cultural, and educational functions of ecologically oriented blogging is emphasized and the effectiveness of using project technologies in the formation of the ecological worldview of a higher education student, which contributes to the realization of the comprehensive development of the individual as a person and the highest value of society, is shown. Розглянуто новий зміст екологізації освіти, сформульвано мету та показано можливості екологізації освіти в інноваційному просторі вищої освіти. Потрактовано дефініції: екологізація, екологізація освіти в інноваційному просторі вищої освіти; виокремлено головні цілі екологізації освіти та основні складові й найголовніші завдання екологізації освіти в інноваційному просторі вищої освіти (формування для всіх верств населення екологічної культури; підготовка фахівців-екологів для освітньої галузі (викладачів) та для різних галузей народного господарства; у галузі екознань: вдосконалення, стандартизація, узгодження термінології. Виявлено духовні цінності трьох основних типів. Виокремлено головні принципи екологізації освіти в інноваційному просторі вищої освіти та дві взаємопов’язані складові (пропагувальна, змістовно інформаційна). Наголошено на актуальності виховної, культурної, освітньої функцій еколого-орієнтованого блогінгу та показано ефективність використання проєктних технологій у формуванні екологічного світогляду здобувача вищої освіти, що сприяє реалізації всебічного розвитку особистості як Людини та найвищої цінності суспільства. Розроблено рекомендації щодо застосування основних методів екологізації освіти в інноваційному просторі вищої освіти.

Qualitative implementation of the program content of the natural field synchronously or asynchronously requires the use of additional digital tools. Educational applications contribute to the formation of natural science competence of primary school students and diversify independent knowledge of nature.
РОЗВИТОК ДОСЛІДНИЦЬКИХ УМІНЬ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ПОЧАТКОВИХ КЛАСІВ В УМОВАХ ДИСТАНЦІЙНОГО ОСВІТНЬОГО ПРОЦЕСУ

Статтю присвячено вивченню впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технології в освіті, а саме роз робці електронних освітніх ресурсів, які здатні задовольняти освітні потреби здобувачів вищої освіти як під час очного, так і дистанційного навчання. Метою статті є визначення особливостей розвитку дослідницьких умінь майбутніх учителів початкових класів в умовах сучасного освітнього середовища та розкриття можливостей дистанційних освітніх ресурсів у реалізації означеної проблеми. Акцентовано на тому, що епідеміологічна ситуація в країні й світі, пов’язана з поширенням Covid-19, вимагає забезпечення реалізації освітніх послуг дистанційно. Тому постає питання не лише якості підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти, а й створення відповідних умов, які б сприяли оволодінню сучасними методами пошуку, обробки і використання інформації, вмінням її інтерпретувати й адаптувати у своїй професійній діяльності. Наголо шується на тому, що розвиток дослідницьких умінь відбувається у процесі розв’язання педагогічних завдань і стають у нагоді вчителю при проведенні наукового пошуку. Для їх використання вчителю необхідно будувати свою діяльність відповідно до загальних правил евристичного пошуку. Розглянуто особливості використання контенту електронного навчально-методичного ресурсу «Web мультимедіа енциклопедія з дисциплін природничого циклу», який функціонує на педагогічному факультеті Херсон ського державного університету. На прикладі освітньої компоненти «Методика навчання освітньої галузі «Приро дознавство»» як складової частини електронного навчально-методичного ресурсу схарактеризовано деякі розділи курсу: «Практичний модуль», «Мультимедіа галерея», «Відеотека» та їх звʼязок. Зосереджено увагу на змісті завдань природничого спрямування для розвитку дослідницьких умінь у майбутніх учителів початкових класів. The article is dedicated to the studying of the providing of the informational and communicative technologies in education, namely to the working out of the electronic educational resources which are able to satisfy the educational demands of the applicants of Higher education as during the full-time instruction and during the distant studying. The aim of the article is the definition of the peculiarities of the development of the investigation skills of future teachers of primary classes in the conditions of modern educational environment and the opening of possibilities of the distant educational resources in the realization of the defined problem. It is paid an attention that the epidemic situation in the country and in the world which is connected with the expansion of Covid-19 demands the providing of a realization of the educational services distantly. Thus, it is a question arisen not only concerning the training of the applicants of Higher education and also of the creation of new conditions which influence on the mastering of the modern methods of a research. For its usage a teacher needs to construct his activity in accordance with the general rules of the heuristic research. It is considered the features of the usage of content of electronic studying and methodical resource «Web-multimedia encyclopedia on the disciplines of natural cycle» which makes a function at the Pedagogical faculty of the Kherson State University. In the example of educational component «Method of studying of the educational branch «Natural science»» as a part of the electronic studying and methodical resource, it is characterized some of the parts of the course: «Practical module», «Multimedia gallery», «Video» and its connection.
