    Experience of Developing and Implementation of the Virtual Case Environment in Physics Learning by Google Services

    The development of information and communication technologies (ICT), artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data science, digital platforms etc., causes changes in methodical means of teaching to increase the use of educational computer systems. Today, open information systems, global educational networks, digital resources going beyond the boundaries of separate educational institutions are developed. For example, Google services allow teachers to design the virtual educational environment with electronic educational resources, taking into account the individual characteristics of the students, the geographic region and the social structure of the country. In recent years, the education of Ukraine is oriented on the STEM education. The STEM centers, courses, curricula, information resources are developed. It promotes the choice of young people in engineering and technological professions. In the article, we analyze the particularity of Physics as a STEM discipline, and describe the experience of developing and implementation of the virtual case environment in the Physics learning by means of Google services. It promotes the involvement of students in research, the use of digital technologies in Physics learning. The implementation of the ideas of STEM-education on the basis of the Laboratory of Physics and Educational Technologies of the Kherson State University is presented.

    INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AS THE TOOL OF EFFICIENCY IMPROVING OF FUTURE PHYSICS TEACHERS TRAINING TO LABORATORY SESSION IN OPTICS

    The analysis of the problem of the use of information technologies implementation as the tool of the efficiency improving of future physics teachers training to execution of laboratory session in Optics is considered in the article. The problems and contradictions concerning ICT tools use in higher education institutions, the work of which is aimed at future physics teachers training are described. У статті проведено аналіз реалізації проблеми використання інформаційних технологій як засобу підвищення ефективності підготовки майбутніх учителів фізики до виконання лабораторного практикуму з оптики. Схарактеризовано проблеми і суперечності щодо використання засобів ІКТ у закладах вищої освіти, робота яких спрямована на підготовку майбутніх учителів фізики. Зважаючи на специфіку підготовки майбутніх учителів у закладах вищої освіти, вимоги ринку праці та суспільне замовлення, виділені основні ІКТ-засоби, які є ефективними при самостійній підготовці студентів до виконання лабораторного практикуму. Розроблений перелік електронних ресурсів розподілений на блоки відповідно до тематики лабораторних робіт з оптики. Приділено увагу методиці використання засобів ІКТ при підготовці майбутніх студентів до виконання робіт лабораторного практикуму на прикладі окремих тем. Due to the specifics of future teachers training in higher education institutions, labor market requirements and public procurement, the main ICT tools are identified, that are effective in students’ self-activity work to laboratory session execution. The developed list of electronic resources is divided into blocks according to the topics of laboratory works in Optics. The methodology of using of ICT tools at future students training for laboratory session on the example of individual topics is considered.

    MATHEMATICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PHYSICAL PROCESS OF FORMING THE SURFACE WATERS QUALITY

    Ecological state of the Lower Section of the Dnieper River was estimated by method of calculation of integrated index on the basis of monitoring over the years 2013–2016. Self-purification potential and capability of restoration in time and space (along the river stream) of the aquatic ecosystem of the lower section of the Dnieper River was established. The method for assessing the quality of surface water by hydrochemical parameters in accordance with the fishery standards as the most sensitive to changes of the ecological state of the river was used. The current calculation method takes into account the effect of the total action of substances and is approved practically for the analysis of the ecological state of other rivers. It was discovered, that the state of surface water of region was characterized as unsteady with the low of ecological reliability. Consequently, the processes of self- purification potential and capability of restoration of the aquatic ecosystem are at the low level. The ecological state of the river is characterized as an ecological regress.

    THE CASE-METHOD APPLICATION IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF NATURAL SCIENCES TEACHERS

    The introduction of competence-based approach in higher education intended to increase the practical orientation of the training process, its connection with the life and future professional activity. To reach this traditional teaching methods are complemented by innovative ones creating conditions for student activity putting him in a free choice and decision making situation. The article is devoted to the case methods use in the educational process as an active tool of professional training of natural sciences teachers. It examines the essence of the case study method, its features in comparison with traditional teaching methods, case-tasks classification. The structure of the training case is described, as well as examples of case-tasks of different types developed by the authors. A model of interaction between a teacher and students in the process of organizing a discussion on identifying, discussing and solving a case study formulated problem, the case technology framework is proposed as a method of Regional Studies’ practical training conducting. The results of the pedagogical experiment on the case method application carried out in the process of future geography teachers’ practical training, and its effectiveness is concluded.

    У статті розглядаються питання проектування міжпредметної компетентності школярів шляхом реалізації міжпредметних зв’язків фізики з природничими дисциплінами під час вивчення молекулярної фізики в 10 класі. Наводиться фрагмент проектування міжпредметної компетентності учнів на рівні розділу «Властивості газів, рідин і твердих тіл» згідно програми для академічного рівня вивчення фізики у 10 класу з урахуванням аналізу навчальних програм з природничих дисциплін. The article deals with the intersubject competence planning of students through intersubject relations of physics with natural sciences on the molecular physics study in 10th grade. Planning the learning process is seen as the activity of teacher development of main elements and a holistic learning process that can be carried out at four levels: the section of the lesson, fragment of the lesson, training step.
