ICT AS A KEY INSTRUMENT FOR A BALANCED SYSTEM OF PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

The article presents the results of the study of future pedagogical specialists competences development with the help of ICT. The sense of future teachers' professional training is analyzed within different scientifically views and approaches. Fundamental, invariant and variation components of a balanced educational system are defined. The modern requirements to digital skills of future specialists are discussed. The quantitative and qualitative results of an experimental study proved the set of professional qualities of modern flexible alumnus. The experience of implementing ICT in high education is reflected on the example of courses History of pedagogy and Frebelpedagogy. A piloting course for mastering “soft skills” is described. Its object is to increase the level of general professional training. Implementation of ICT in a balanced system (fundamental, invariant and variant components) affects the alumni competitiveness. It causes the capitalization of students as future specialists able to integrated their knowledge in changing social and cooperative environment. / У статті наведено результати дослідження розвитку компетенцій майбутніх педагогів за допомогою ІКТ. Аналізується зміст професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів у рамках різних наукових поглядів і підходів. Визначено фундаментальні, інваріантні та варіаційні компоненти збалансованої освітньої системи. Обговорюються сучасні вимоги до цифрових навичок майбутніх спеціалістів. Кількісні та якісні результати експериментального дослідження підтвердили сукупність професійних якостей сучасного гнучкого випускника. Досвід впровадження ІКТ у ВНЗ відображено на прикладі курсів Історія педагогіки та Фребельпедагогіки. Описано курс пілотування для оволодіння «soft skills». Його метою є підвищення рівня загальнопрофесійної підготовки. Впровадження ІКТ у збалансованій системі (фундаментальні, інваріантні та варіантні компоненти) впливає на конкурентоспроможність випускників. Це зумовлює капіталізацію студентів як майбутніх спеціалістів, здатних інтегрувати свої знання в мінливе соціальне та кооперативне середовище.

PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS IN THE CONTEXT OF GENERATIONAL BALANCE: MEASUREMENT TOOLS AND APPLICATION MECHANISMS

The views of scientists on the problem of the generational theory in the field of higher education and science are presented. The use of tools for measuring teachers’ performance on the example of international scientometric databases and local systems for automated determination of performance results is presented, the prospects of its scalability in higher education institutions is proved. The dependence of the rating indicators of teachers` performance on the age of scientific and pedagogical workers is experimentally studied. The generational balance of teachers of higher education institutions is studied on the basis of the analysis of the ratio of age and publication activity of the most productive TOP teachers of universities occupying different positions of the consolidated ranking. A SWOT analysis of the generational balance of teachers of higher education institutions was conducted. The tendency of decrease of the percentage of young scientists among university teachers is revealed, the possible consequences are analyzed. The mechanisms of application of tools for measuring the university teachers` performance depending on the age category are described. The imbalance of different age groups of teachers indicates high risks of a generational conflict and may lead to a reduction of performance efficiency in the future. Performance measurement tools are an important factor for the implementation of educational management of higher education institution. / Викладено погляди вчених на проблему теорії поколінь у сфері вищої освіти та науки. Представлено використання інструментарію для вимірювання успішності викладачів на прикладі міжнародних наукометричних баз даних та локальних систем автоматизованого визначення результатів діяльності, доведено перспективи його масштабованості у вищих навчальних закладах. Експериментально досліджено залежність рейтингових показників діяльності вчителів від віку науково-педагогічних працівників. Баланс поколінь викладачів вищих навчальних закладів досліджено на основі аналізу співвідношення віку та публікаційної активності найпродуктивніших викладачів ТОП університетів, які займають різні позиції зведеного рейтингу. Проведено SWOT-аналіз балансу поколінь викладачів вищих навчальних закладів. Виявлено тенденцію зниження відсотка молодих вчених серед викладачів ЗВО, проаналізовано можливі наслідки. Описано механізми застосування інструментів для вимірювання успішності викладачів університету залежно від вікової категорії. Дисбаланс різних вікових груп вчителів свідчить про високі ризики конфлікту поколінь і може призвести до зниження ефективності роботи в майбутньому. Інструменти вимірювання ефективності є важливим фактором для реалізації освітнього менеджменту вищого навчального закладу.

The article highlights the theoretical foundations of measuring and interpreting student attention levels, engagement, and feedback, an attempt is made to characterize the possibilities of using automated software products for this purpose. The article identifies the psychological characteristics of students of the Zoomers generation, which affect the educational process and cause the revision of educational technologies. A comparative analysis of traditional and distance learning was carried out. Based on the characteristics and interpretation of visual markers for measuring the attention and involvement of the acquirers, the requirements for the software product for determining the degree of involvement and the degree of information perception are described. The article discusses the main AI-based tools that allow you to assess the level of audience attention in real time during online conferences (EmotionCues, HEADROOM and MeetingPulse) from the standpoint of the effectiveness of the analysis of the emotional component and the possibility of integration with online conference services. The theoretical analysis is the basis for further research on the measurement and interpretation of students’ attention, engagement and feedback.

В статье раскрыты особенности процесса підготовки будущих воспитателей дошкольных учебных учреждений в контексте педагогических взгядов Ф.Фрёбеля, обоснована уместность использования историко-педагогических идей и опыта международного сотрудничества. The article reveals the features of the process of preparing future teachers of pre-school educational institutions in the context of F.Frеbel's pedagogical theory, the relevance of the use of historical and pedagogical ideas and experience of international cooperation.
РОЗВИТОК СТАЛОЇ МОТИВАЦІЇ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ПОЧАТКОВОЇ ШКОЛИ В МОДЕЛІ ТРИСУБ`ЄКТНОЇ ДИДАКТИКИ (В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО ЧАСУ)

У статті розглянуто особливості розвитку сталої мотивації майбутніх учителів початкової школи в моделі трисуб`єктної дидактики у воєнний час. Висвітлено особливості дистанційного навчання у закладах вищої освіти, як безпекового заходу в умовах війни. Зосереджено увагу на труднощах, які виникають у здобувачів та викладачів під час онлайн-навчання. Проаналізовано провідні мотиви онлайн-навчання, висвітлено результати дослідження демотивуючих чинників, способи їх усунення або зменшення. Зазначене дослідження демотивуючих чинників було проведено у 2 етапи: у 2020-2022 роках у довоєнний час та у квітні 2022 під час війни на базі Херсонського державного університету у здобувачів спеціальності 013 Початкова освіта. У межах дослідження було проведено анкетування серед здобувачів 1-4 курсів першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти. На основі аналізу наявних тенденцій та змін зроблено висновки та надано практичні поради щодо усунення демотивуючих чинників в освітньому процесі закладу вищої освіти. У статті визначено реальну роль педагога (викладача закладу вищої освіти / вчителя школи та ін.) в інформаційному суспільстві. Висвітлено необхідні умови для існування середовища, що сприяє досягненню результатів навчання. Схарактеризовано роль інформаційно-комунікаційного педагогічного середовища в умовах війни в контексті підвищення рівня сталої мотивації. У статті акцентовано увагу на перебудові психолого-педагогічної структури діяльності викладача у процесі впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Висвітлено результати аналізу відповідності ключових принципів методології Agile в освіті та пріоритетів інформаційно-комунікаційного педагогічного середовища у моделі трисуб`єктної дидактики. Охарактеризовано вплив саморегульованого та проєктно-орієнтованого навчання на розвиток мотивів здобувача, можливості їх реалізації, керуючись моделлю трисуб`єктної дидактики. The article examines the peculiarities of the development of sustainable motivation of future primary school teachers in the model of three-subject didactics in wartime. Features of distance learning in institutions of higher education as a security measure in war conditions are highlighted. The focus is on the difficulties students and teachers face during online learning. The leading motives of online education are analyzed, the results of research on demotivating factors, ways to eliminate or reduce them are highlighted. The specified study of demotivating factors was conducted in 2 stages: in 2020-2022 in the pre-war period and in April 2022 during the war on the basis of the Kherson State University among applicants of the specialty 013 Primary education. Within the framework of the study, a questionnaire was conducted among students of 1-4 courses of the first (bachelor) level of higher education. On the basis of the analysis of existing trends and changes, conclusions were made and practical advice was given to eliminate demotivating factors in the educational process of the institution of higher education. The article defines the real role of the pedagogue (teacher of a higher education institution / school teacher, etc.) in the information society. The necessary conditions for the existence of an environment that contributes to the achievement of learning outcomes are highlighted. The role of the information and communication pedagogical environment in the conditions of war in the context of increasing the level of sustainable motivation is characterized. The article focuses on the reconstruction of the psychological and pedagogical structure of the teacher's activity in the process of implementing information and communication technologies. The results of the analysis of the compliance of the key principles of the Agile methodology in education and the priorities of the information and communication pedagogical environment in the model of three-subject didactics are highlighted. The influence of self-regulated and project-oriented learning on the development of the student's motives, the possibility of their implementation, guided by the model of three-subject didactics, is characterized.
