Г.; Burak, V. G.The article analyzes features of professional training of future specialists in hotel and restaurant business in modern economic conditions. We analysed normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the requirements for the organization of the educational process in the context of education and science reforms. Practical conclusions, offers for realization of better educational process are formulated: necessity of modernization of student practice bases, increasing the level of teachers’ digital competence.
