М; Fedorchuk, А. МУ статті розглянуто теоретичні підходи до питання управління виробничою інфраструктурою як базової складової аграрного сектору економіки. Наголошено, що формування ефективної виробничої інфраструктури є базою підвищення темпів соціально-економічного розвитку держави. Запропоновано заходи, щодо розв'язання проблеми забезпечення матеріально-технічними ресурсами аграрного сектору. Рассмотрены теоретические подходы к вопросу управления производственной инфраструктурой как базовой составляющей аграрного сектора экономики. Отмечено, что формирование эффективной производственной инфраструктуры является базой повышения темпов социально-экономического развития государства. Предложены меры по решению проблемы обеспечения материально-техническими ресурсами аграрного сектора. The paper considers theoretical approaches to the management of industrial infrastructure as a basic component of the agricultural sector. It shows that the formation of an efficient production infrastructure is the basis for increasing the rate of social and economic development of the country. It also proposes measures to address the problem of providing the agricultural sector with material and technical resources.Item Індикативна методика моніторингу інфраструктури аграрного сектору України(2015) Федорчук, О. М.; Fedorchuk, А. МВ статті розглядаються методичні особливості реалізації базових положень розвитку інфраструктури аграрного сектору України. Обґрунтовуються переваги використання індикативної оцінки стійкого розвитку на місцевому та регіональному рівні. Запропоновано методичний підхід до розробки індикаторів розвитку інфраструктури аграрного сектору на регіональному рівні. Abstract - The article discusses the methodological peculiarities of the implementation of the basic provisions of the infrastructure development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine. Were demonstrated the advantages of the use of indicative assessment of sustainable development at local and regional level. Was proposed the methodical approach to the development of indicators of infrastructure development of the agricultural sector at the regional level which will make it possible to systematically and efficiently obtain reliable data needed to further evaluate its efficient operation. Monitoring involves options of monitoring, based on the goals and objectives of the research. Therefore, in the article proposes the system of indicators of infrastructure development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine. Was proposed keep records of the regions according to the characteristics of the development of their agricultural sector. This accounting treatment is proposed to carry out in accordance with the conceptual framework "subject - indicator". Account of the regions according to the characteristics of the development of the agricultural sector, involves the allocation of the following types of regions: regions with a predominantly agricultural specialization, favorable natural and social conditions of development, regions with multifunctional agricultural economy and agriculture suburban type and favorable social conditions for the development of the regions with unfavorable social conditions of development and extensive areas of socio-economic depression. Was specified that the local indicators of areas engaged in agricultural production are developed on the basis of detailing dimensions of sustainable development identified for each type of region (area), to the level of specific goals and objectives. As a result, a structure "goals - tasks - indicator".Item Щодо методики оцінки соціальної інфраструктури аграрного сектору(2014) Федорчук, О. М.; Федорчук, А. М.; Fedorchuk, А. М.Розглянуто теоретико-методичні аспекти оцінки соціальної інфраструктури аграрного сектору. Запропонована вдосконалена методика інтегральної оцінки ступеня розвитку соціальної інфраструктури аграрного сектору. Апробація, що проведена на прикладі Херсонської області дозволила виявити практичну значимість застосування методики в аграрному секторі економіки. В статье рассматриваются методические аспекты оценки социальной инфраструктуры аграрного сектора. Предложена усовершенствованная методика интегральной оценки степени развития социальной инфраструктуры аграрного сектора. На примере Херсонской области проведена её апробация, позволившая выявить практическую значимость применения методики в аграрном секторе экономики. The article discusses methodological aspects of assessment of social infrastructure of the agrarian sector. This technique integral assessment of the degree of development of social infrastructure of the agrarian sector. On the example of Kherson region held her approbation, allowed to reveal the practical importance of using methods in the agricultural sector.
