Статья посвящена вопросу развития аграрной сферы Украины на основе информационно инновационных технологий. В публикации рассматриваются научные, экономические, финансовые и правовые аспекты этого вопроса. Рассмотрен вопрос формирования организационно-экономического механизма инновационного развития сельского хозяйства, акцентировано внимание на создании региональных центров трансферта инновационных технологий и сельскохозяйственного информирования для аграрного сектора.
The article is devoted to the development of the agrarian sphere of Ukraine on the basis of information and innovative technologies. The publication examines the scientific, economic, financial and legal aspects of this issue. The problem of formation of the organizational- economic mechanism of innovative development of agriculture, focusing on the creation of regional centres for the transfer of innovative technologies and agricultural information for the agricultural sector.
