    The strategy of the cooperative sector development in Ukraine has been considered in the article. It was established that the scale and pace of its formation depend on the development of the system of cooperatives, mainly of four their types: agricultural, consumptive, credit, and social services. The author believes that in future on the base of various types of cooperatives would form the regional sector of the cooperative economy. Methodological principles of the strategy of cooperation development as a direction of structural transformation of the agricultural sector of the national economy have been grounded. As a result of this investigation it was founded that the effectiveness of the cooperative units’ performance depends on the general socioeconomic situation in the region, decisions of administrative authorities, business opportunities, investment implication and other conditions. On the other hand the impact of these cooperative units plays its own important role in all mentioned processes. The authors emphasize on market regulations, coordination of firms and business in an arias, regions or at inter-regional level. This is especially important under conditions when public authorities have no right to interfere in economic activity of the market.

    У статті розглянуто основні напрями і характер розвитку кооперації в Німеччині. Визначено і розкрито основні форми прояву глобалізації в сільськогосподарській кооперації Німеччини. Оцінено вплив глобалізаційних процесів на сучасний стан сільськогосподарської кооперації в країні. Визначено основні тенденції розвитку сільськогосподарської кооперації Німеччини в найближчій перспективі. В статье рассмотрены основные направления и характер развития кооперации в Германии. Определены и раскрыты основные формы проявления глобализации в сельскохозяйственной кооперации Германии. Проведена оценка влияния глобализационных процессов на современное состояние сельскохозяйственной кооперации в стране. Определены основные тенденции развития сельскохозяйственной кооперации в Германии в ближайшей перспективе. The main directions of development and the nature of cooperation in Germany. Determined and disclosed the main manifestations of globalization in the agricultural cooperatives in Germany. The influence of globalization processes on the current state of agricultural cooperatives in the country. The main trends in the development of agricultural cooperatives in Germany in the near future.
