The main trends in the development of agricultural cooperatives in Germany in the near future.Item ТЕРМІНОСИСТЕМИ У МЕТОДОЛОГІЇ НАУКОВИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ З ЕКОНОМІКИ(2018) Федяєва, М. С.; Федяева, М. S.Стаття розкриває необхідність системного вивчення питання державного регулювання економіки у контексті економічних, соціокультурних змін, глобалізаційних та інтеграційних процесів, що відбуваються в Україні, зокрема орієнтуванні на європейський вектор розвитку Дослідження показало, що за останні роки виникла потреба в уточненні загальних принципових підходів, у розробці методів системного і цілісного аналізу економічних явищ та у вирішені цілого комплексу інших методологічних проблем економічної науки. Саме цим питанням – методології в галузі економічних наук присвячено низку робіт, зокрема праці Гальчинського А.С., Гача В.П., Тарасевича В.М. та інших. Важливе місце в науковому пошуці посідає аналіз загальнонаукових категорій, який сприяє об’єктивному вивченню проблеми, наповнює новим змістом і підходами методологію наукового знання в галузі економіки. Тому проблема категоріальної структури в дослідженнях з економіки та проблема систематизації понятійного апарату посідає чільне місце в наукових дослідженнях вітчизняних вчених (Гач В., Іленков А., Мочерний С.) Науковий пошук засвідчив (підтвердив), що державне регулювання економіки явище багатопланове, багатоаспектне, багатогранне і в науці розглядається в контексті методології різних наук – економіки, управління, юридичних і соціальних наук, історії тощо. Таким чином, вибудувавши дослідження, як систему чітко субординованих категорій, понять і положень ми можемо при врахуванні всіх методологічних проблем сучасної економіки, досягти успіху і отримати наукову новизну проведеної роботи її наукової складової (теорії й практики). Аналіз існуючого стану щодо формування терміносистеми поняття «державне регулювання економіки», засвідчив, що чіткий категоріальнопоняттєвий апарат дає можливість чітко, зрозуміло викласти (подати) висвітлити (розкрити) результати наукового пошуку, доречно їх використати, обґрунтувати їх теоретичне і практичне значення. Статья раскрывает необходимость системного изучения вопроса государственного регулирования экономики в контексте экономических, социокультурных изменений, глобализационных и интеграционных процессов, происходящих в Украине, в частности ориентировании на европейский вектор развития. Исследование показало, что за последние годы возникла необходимость в уточнении общих принципиальных подходов, в разработке методов системного и целостного анализа экономических явлений и в решении целого комплекса других методологических проблем экономической науки. Именно этим вопросом - методологии в области экономических наук посвящен ряд работ, в частности работы Гальчинского А.С., Гача В.П., Тарасевича В.М. и другие. Важное место в научном поиске занимает анализ общенаучных категорий, который способствует объективному изучению проблемы, наполняет новым содержанием и подходами методологию научного знания в области экономики. Поэтому проблема категориальной структуры в исследованиях по экономике и проблема систематизации понятийного аппарата занимает ведущее место в научных исследованиях отечественных ученых (Гач В., Иленков А., Мочерный С.) Научный поиск показал (подтвердил), что государственное регулирование экономики явление многоплановое, многоаспектное, многогранное и в науке рассматривается в контексте методологии различных наук - экономики, управления, юридических и социальных наук, истории и тому подобное. Таким образом, выстроив исследования как систему четко субординированных категорий, понятий и положений мы можем при учете всех методологических проблем современной экономики, добиться успеха и получить научную новизну проведенной работы ее научной составляющей (теории и практики). Анализ существующего состояния по формированию терминосистемы понятие «государственное регулирование экономики», показал, что четкий категориально-понятийный аппарат дает возможность четко, понятно изложить (подать) осветить (раскрыть) результаты научного поиска, уместно их использовать, обосновать их теоретическое и практическое значение. The article reveals the necessity of systematic study of the state regulation of the economy in the context of economic, socio-cultural changes, globalization and integration processes taking place in Ukraine, in particular, orientation to the European vector of development. The research showed that in recent years there was a need to clarify general principles approaches, to develop methods for systematic and holistic analysis of economic phenomena and to solve a whole range of other methodological problems of economic science. The question of methodology in the field of economic sciences devoted to a number of works, in particular the works Galchinsky A.S, Gacha V.P., Tarasevich V.M. and others. An important place in scientific research is the analysis of general scientific categories, which contributes to the objective study of the problem, fills with new content and approaches the methodology of scientific knowledge in the field of economics. Therefore, the problem of categorical structure in economic studies and the problem of systematization of the conceptual apparatus occupies a prominent place in scientific researches of domestic scientists (Gach V., Ilenkov A., Mocheryn S.) The scientific search has confirmed (confirmed) that the state regulation of the economy is a multifaceted phenomenon, multivariate, multifaceted, and in science is considered in the context of the methodology of various sciences - economics, management, law and social sciences, history, etc. Thus, by constructing a study as a system of clearly subordinated categories, concepts and provisions we can, taking into account all methodological problems of the modern economy, succeed and obtain the scientific novelty of the work of its scientific component (theory and practice). Виявлені особливості вітчизняного споживача туристичних послуг, попиту і пропозиції на туристичному ринку. Розроблені теоретичні засади удосконалення системного управління розвитку підприємств та галузі з урахуванням європейських та світових тенденцій їх розвитку, структурних зрушень та маркетингових впливів. The article deals with the main theoretical issues of functioning of enterprises and organizations of the tourism industry in the conditions of the European integration and globalization. The positive factors and risks of these processes influence on the development of tourism enterprises. The competitive positions and the structure and specialization of the latter are grounded. The features of the domestic consumer of tourist services, demands and offers at the tourist market are revealed. The theoretical principles of improvement of system management of enterprises and industry development are analysed, taking into account the European and world tendencies of their development, structural changes and marketing influences.Item IDENTIFICATION OF THE IMPACT OF GLOBALIZATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACCOUNTING METHODOLOGY(2017) Osadcha, T. В.The relevance of the research consists in the significant lag behind the economies of post-Soviet countries from countries of the world, which play the role of driving forces of global economic globalization. Incomplete transformation of the institution of property rights, including the rights to specific factors of production, distorted perception of the state participation in the regulation of economic relationships, cause a fragmentary reflection of facts of business life of business units by the accounting system. This shortcoming can be eliminated by identifying the advantages, feasibility of the counterstand and measures to involve the economy of Ukraine into the process of economic globalization, as well as determining the priority trends of the transformation of the property institution with the subsequent revision of the accounting methodology. The purpose of the research was to identify the impact of globalization on the development of accounting methodology due to institutional changes in property ownership in the field of management and outline the prerequisites for recognizing the rent as an accounting object. The methodological basis of the research is the dialectical method of knowledge of the essence, preconditions, and consequences of economic globalization as a whole, as well as for its individual subjects; general scientific methods of scientific knowledge (analysis, abstraction, synthesis, generalization) of possible influence of fundamentals and ideas of institutional theory, agency theory, and rent theory on the accounting methodology in order to outline grounds for recognizing the rent as a component of the income of a business unit. Scientific results. It is established that the development of globalization processes was accompanied by significant transformations of property relations and changing approaches to the analysis of activities, in particular, with regard to the use of resources, distribution and redistribution of income. Solving the problems associated with qualitative characteristics of accounting information depends on the implementation of accounting principles, in particular, the principle of the predominance of substance over form. The possibility of its practical application depends on the implementation of the fundamentals and ideas of institutional theory, agency theory and rent theory at the level of the accounting methodology. The stated approach will precondition a certain change in the economic status of a business unit, making it the owner or user of resources, taking into account the availability of certain elements of property rights, and will provide grounds for consideration of economic processes associated with the use of certain resources, the manifestation of rental relations, and the recognition of the income from them as a rent. Taking into consideration the fact that rent is one of the factors of production, theoretical researches in this field should be considered as a basis for research of trends of accounting development, in particular, as to the principles and criteria for recognition of income and assets. The practical significance of the research consists in the development of an income accounting methodology and the determination of financial results of the economic activity, as well as the formation of information support for analysing business unit competitiveness and determining its financial sustainability. Significance/originality. The obtained scientific results will form the prospects for further researches, which will consist in identifying the legal preconditions for rent accounting and determining the trends of the transformation of the property institution. This will contribute to the significant social and economic development of countries whose economies have long been in the command and administrative management format, as well as to the legal recognition of the actual economic preconditions for rent accounting.Item МОТИВАЦІЯ СТВОРЕННЯ СПІЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ(2018) Петренко, В. Надано визначення міжнародного спільного підприємства. Визначено переваги для малого та середнього бізнесу щодо створення окремого спільного підприємства з іноземною материнською компанією. Визначено головну причину створення спільного підприємства. Виявлено загрози, які можуть бути, якщо в державі працює лише одна мегакорпорація. Наведено перелік мегакорпорацій, які виробляють продукти харчування знаменитих брендів та продають по всьому світу. Определены мотивация и причины создания совместных предприятий и преобразования их в транснациональные или многонациональные компании. Дано определение международного совместного предприятия. Определены преимущества для малого и среднего бизнеса при создании отдельного совместного предприятия с иностранной материнской компанией. Определена главная причина создания совместного предприятия. Выявлены угрозы для государства, если на его просторах работает только одна мегакорпорация. Приведен перечень мегакорпораций, производящих продукты питания знаменитых брендов, продающихся по всему миру. The motivation and reasons for creating joint ventures and their transformation into transnational or multinational companies are determined. The definition of an international joint venture is given. The advantages for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the creation of a separate joint venture with a foreign parent company, have been identified. The main reason for creating a joint venture is determined. Threats that may be detected if only one mega corporation is operating in the state. S.У статті розглянуто основні відмінності між спільними підприємствами та такими формами міжнародних відносин, як стратегічний альянс, злиття, поглинання та партнерство. Досліджено економічну сутність наведених вище форм міжнародних відносин. Доведено, що спільні підприємства мають переваги для підприємств, надають конкурентні переваги для материнських компаній щодо стратегічних розробок та зменшення витрат. В статье рассмотрены основные различия между совместными предприятиями и такими формами международных отношений, как стратегический альянс, слияние, поглощение и партнерство. Исследована экономическая сущность приведенных вышеформ международных отношений. Доказано, что совместные предприятия имеют преимущества для компаний, предоставляют конкурентные преимущества для материнских компаний в плане стратегических разработок и уменьшения затрат. The article discusses and outlines the main differences between joint ventures and such forms of international relations as strategic alliance, mergers, acquisitions and partnerships. The economic essence of the above forms of international relations is investigated.
